I was extremely nervous when trying to find my newborn a daycare. This is my first child and unfortunately, I had to go back to work only 6 weeks after giving birth to him. I cannot stress enough how thankful I am to have found this place. The staff is very welcoming. They all made me feel so secure and gave me a peace of mind that I very much needed. I know my son Oliver is in wonderful care. Miss Trudy, the infant teacher, is so sweet and you can tell she loves what she does. They also use the app Procare, which has been wonderful as well. I will definitely keep Oliver here for as long as I can.
I LOVE Cleveland Child Care and Development Center! My daughter absolutely LOVES it here! In the mornings, she goes in without crying and this has been amazing! Her teacher, Ms. K, also loves her like her own child...it gets no better than that and I can't ask for a better teacher! My daughter takes well to her and she loves her SO much! Ms. K is very attentive to her students and really works with all of her students helping them reach their milestones and helping them to grow. All of the staff members are so friendly and welcoming! My child also enjoys the meals that this facility provides. I LOVE the app that the facility uses to communicate with their families. I believe that ALL facilities should use this app! This is definitely a TOP TIER facility and I would without a doubt recommend them to any family looking for childcare - especially any new families to the area who are needing childcare but are hesitant with their child starting somewhere new....this is the place for you!
Our girls have attended this center since they were 8 months old (they’re 2 now), and we’ve had nothing but good experiences. The staff are all incredibly warm and welcoming, the space is clean, the price is competitive, and they provide meals/snacks. We ended up having a small medical emergency (random event, out of their control) and I was impressed by the way the staff all stepped up to not only keep me baby safe but to make sure she felt as secure as possible until I arrived. I cannot say enough good things about this place.
We have been with Cleveland childcare for almost 10 years now- all 3 of my kids went for daycare and onward through Pre-K, and even before/after school care. We love the staff, teachers and have had a wonderful experience. They care greatly about your kids and have helped mine learn and grow. I know they wouldn’t have been as prepared for K if it weren’t for them! Love them and thankful for this center!
We’ve been at Cleveland for over 2 years now and we’ve had a great experience in every classroom. I have a 2 year old and a 4 year old and all of the teachers love on them like their own and spoil them! Even my daughter’s teachers will see my older son in the hallway and love on him or give him a treat to go home. They’re very open with communication as well (diaper changes, feedings, facility announcements, etc.) via an app. The daily communication slows down a bit as the kids get older but facility updates or events are always communicated well. Our biggest reason for leaving our old daycare and coming here is teacher retention. Most of the lead teachers that were there when we started 2 years ago are still there today. It’s comforting knowing that my kids are in excellent hands with seasoned teachers and knowing my daughter will have some of the same teachers my son had. We also appreciate the office staff. Whenever we’ve had small concerns, they were quick to address them.
