I stayed here for 6 months w/o too many problems until my unit displayed rodent issues!!! I mean I saw more spiders than roaches here. After contacting Housing management had an Pest Management come out twice, which did not solve the problem 6 months later no change. Sandra Sims, the regional manager expected me to continue dwelling in my rat/mice/rodent (whatever they're considered) infested unit. She know good and well she wouldn't.

Nice apartments on the inside. Outside they have some residents that really make the apts look bad as well as none residents. They hang out in the laundry room as if it's a designated smoke out room which is really annoying especially because I live right next the the laundry mat and I can't go in for that reason, not to mention I have 4 kids. The parking is a joke. If your lucky you will be able to find a spot otherwise your just out of luck no solution. My car has been towed 4 times twice because I had no choice but to park in handicap spots that were not being used. The staff is okay. The trains tracks are right next to the apts and they come pretty often. And if you hate the loud sound of trains passing through even in the middle of the night, that can be annoying. 06/7/17
