I enjoy walking trails and decided to look for a safe trail to walk. This facility provided exactly what I wanted. The outdoor trail is fairly clean, there are exercise equipment along the path, there are sufficient shaded areas to give needed breaks from the sun, and I felt safe.
The staff here was very helpful and friendly. Several staff members went out of their way to help us with a smile. Very clean facility. We do recommend them ❤️
I enjoy going to this recreation center because I have met a few good people here so I enjoy going but they definitely could use some more equipment and updated equipment and upstairs in the walking area could use a good mop down the floor has been nasty since I started there and that's been now probably a couple of years same stuff on the floor so it could use a good mopping but other than that I enjoy going I enjoy the people some of them. And and the nice lady at the desk in the morning she's so sweet she's a sweetheart. I would give five stars but because of the equipment that's the only reason I didn't.
This place would improve significantly if they hired someone at the front desk with customer service experience. The staff doesn't greet you when you enter or approach the counter for assistance. Instead, they simply inform you that there's a wait if you're there to swim, or ask for your ID and mention the fee of $3-$5, as if your presence is bothering them. Additionally, the dress code should remain consistent for all shifts and employees. I shouldn't be allowed to come in one day wearing shorts and a swim top, only to be told the next time that I need to wear a shirt. When I inquired about when this rule was implemented, she claimed that it has always been in place. That’s not true, but I didn't want to engage in a debate with her. They should consider adjusting their hours of operation. Closing so early makes it pointless to claim there are activities for kids to do from 8 a.m. to 5 or 6p.m… people do work in the summer time and most aren’t getting off until 4pm. There are no umbrellas or canopies for shade, leaving visitors exposed to direct sunlight when they're not in the pool. It’s a lot that needs to be changed or worked on
Really Nice park. The trail goes around and around for miles. Dogs are allowed. There are excersie points along the trail.
