What Parents Say
This facility appears to be a hospital, not a daycare center. Reviews are mixed, with positive feedback about cleanliness, staff kindness, and patient comfort during procedures, but significant complaints about communication gaps, staff responsiveness, medication errors, and diagnostic inconsistencies.
The rudest staff I’ve ever met in my entire life. They gave me meds that are giving me anxiety and restlessness for days after being seen. I called to figure out if this is normal and they told me they can’t help me and can’t access my chart to answer any questions basically I’m shot out of luck. When having anxiety after they gave me a migraine iV they ignored my call bell all 10 times I pressed the button while having panic attacks in a 3 hour span no one checked on me once. She finally told me if was rare to get these panic attacks and I must fall within the 20 percent of people that do. But if she knew that I was potentially having panic attacks why did she ignore my call hell for 3 hours? They said they prescribed me something to help but when I went to pick it up there was no prescription sent to my pharmacy. They literally forgot to send the prescription over. I called and they said if have to be redeem for them to even look at my chart to me able to resend the meds. I would literally have to be readmitted just to get the medication that was supposed to help me. The whole reason I went to the hospital in the first place. Apparently you have to be seen TWOCE to get your medicine sent correctly 😅 wouldn’t sent my worse enemy to these incompetent nurses.
I went a week ago and got antibiotics for bacterial bronchitis and then my family went for obviously the same thing and was told there was no way it was bacterial bronchitis. Even a Google search will tell you that although it's less common bacterial bronchitis is a thing. All he needed was the same antibiotics I'm on and instead got ridiculed by a Dr who obviously needs to go back to school. The night doctor that treated me a week ago obviously knows more than the day one there right now so if you want proper treatment I'd wait until after shift change. Added photos from Google showing that bacterial bronchitis is real sad that a medical doctor doesn't know this.
The hospital is a disgrace. The founding doctors would be appalled. At this time if you have a loved one there you can’t even visit them after work. No visitors after 5 pm. Honestly if you want to die this is the place to go.they can’t do much. It’s a stop gap to be life flighted elsewhere.
You would think this countries medical system would be better, do better! No EKG for someone with heart complications then sends them out in sub zero temps while most likely laughing that another person is uninsured and looking for help. Do better Clarion.
My son has an earache and since I forgot his med card we couldn’t go to urgent care. So we came to clarion hospital. Waited for 20 minutes at an empty desk for a receptionist to appear. Friendly security guard went to find her. Waited an hour to go back and now currently sitting for another hour waiting to be seen. I get triage. They don’t even have a dedicated prescreen for triage where they can do a simple check and weed out minor issues and resolve without taking up an ER bed. So we’ll probably be here another 2 hours and then another 2 or 3 for discharge. This is the worst hospital. Don’t come here unless you have no other choice. You’d bleed out in a waiting room before the receptionist shows up.
