I initially considered not leaving a review because my children’s teachers and Ms. Brittany were wonderful. However, my children’s final days ultimately pushed me to speak up. Before withdrawing my children, there were several issues that concerned me, though I won’t list them here because Ms. Deloris addressed and resolved them when she was present. My biggest concern occurred while Ms. Deloris was on vacation. When I picked up my 1-year-old, she was sitting in urine and appeared extremely upset and uncomfortable. I have no idea how long she had been left that way, but it was heartbreaking to see my baby so miserable. Unfortunately, this wasn’t an isolated issue. A similar situation happened previously with my older daughter, where she had an accident and was accused of not asking to use the bathroom. My daughter was adamant that she did ask and was told no. The evening (second shift) staff is especially concerning. The attitudes are poor, particularly from the male staff member, and parents are made to feel like an inconvenience for asking questions. The only times I’ve consistently seen the center run properly is when Ms. Deloris or her daughter, Crystal, are present. Outside of that, the environment feels disorganized and poorly managed, which reflects badly on the company as a whole.
My son loves ms. Gigi and we appreciate all her hard work and dedication in getting My Son , potty training and ready to transition to the next class level!! She is an amazing Teacher and always has been honest about my son well being and development as well as encouraging to me as his parent with support!!!
CJ’s is a good daycare! My Daughter has been going there since she was 1 and now 3 yrs old. Miss GiGi is her teacher which has been a big help while potty training the kids and helping parents with manners and early developmental skills needed for school! She is awesome!
There’s a few teachers that are great but the rest of them are just there for a check and it shows.!! I highly recommend you not sending your kids there. I took my kids out because I caught one of the teachers talking trash about my daughter and then she tried to intimidate her and didn’t know that I was watching the whole time and when I addressed her about it, it became a whole scene !! that’s the day they never went back 6-27-2023 and I would like to state that the TEACHER who was talking trash about my daughter is the OWNERS niece. So good luck if you choose them.!
The staff is unable to handle kids with any kind of developmental delay. Instead of telling you that they will make you and your child feel like a burden. Was recently released because my child was "too much". All he has is a speech delay- he's not even 2 yet. Would come to pick him up sometimes and he would be dressed ready to push out the door before I could even get out of the car. Recently found out from a family member that they had to remove their kids as well because one of the workers actually hit their child. Had I known that I would have never stepped foot inside. No proof that my child was struck, because again, he can't talk but there was one worker he would instantly cry and hold his hands up to like he's been roughhoused. Only reason they get 1 star is because my child was fed and came home alive everyday. Believe the reviews about professionalism and rudeness. Some won't speak to you at all during drop off or pick up.
