While I've been homeless I would go there for meals but recently they have not been treating me well they have became disrespectful to me and my family and they have not been helping when I needed help paying rent
It’s very helpful for those who are in need, & the staff are also very helpful. (Aside from one of the ICM’s), but the DayBreak center certainly needs a complete & total renovation.
I had no issues. Went In filled out the application, the next week I was called. They told me the only offer one months assistance and my balance was too high to help. No issues with that I understand. But just be aware it’s only one month of assistance I was told that 04/22/25
My wife and I are behind on our rent. We applied for the program that they offer to help with the rent. But apparently we are not Latino or black enough for them to help. This is the most racist organization I've ever seen in my life. They told us that we make to much money , now if that was case we wouldn't be behind on the rent. Worthless organization by far in our eyes.
