Wouldn’t waste my time with this foundation. Today was the first day of the track meet in the Bronx. My 8 year old was super excited to finally join. Upon arriving, there were other parents with kids waiting, only for nobody to ever show up. No emails or calls to let us know that no one was showing up, Eventually after an hour and a half passed, everyone got up and left. Now I have a crying 8 year old on this ride home. THANK YOU FOR NOTHING! Unprofessional as hell!
My child tried out for their tennis Lacoste program and got selected after the first two try outs. Then we had to submit documents, for review of academic record, income etc. We never heard back from them, and I called numerous times to follow up. Every time on the phone they told me that they will get back to us, just next day or next week. (I made 8 calls in total and wrote 3 emails). All I asked for was a response, a "yes" or a "no" so that we could make decisions about our summer. The program started and we never got a response. We missed other programs while waiting. In fact, we have not heard back to this day.
