What Parents Say
The City of West Palm Beach daycare center receives mixed reviews. While most recent ratings are positive, praising staff friendliness and professionalism, there are significant complaints about unprofessional behavior from certain staff members and general operational issues.
Walking downtown at night, especially on Clematis Street, no longer feels safe. We don't go anymore. Plethora of CBD shops and questionable shops. Too bad. They have good food options.
I am visiting from out of state and went to the public beach. When exiting the beach there are no available foot showers to clean feet off from the sand from the beach. This is not accessible to those who have disabilities. I walked almost a mile with no showers in sight. Do better West Palm Beach, sadly this will deter me from returning to this beach.
Julienne Ortiz was extremely nice! Love her personality! Thank you for helping me!
The parking enforcement on clematis street has been far too invasive since Sunfest 2022 when the hours were lengthened. You are hurting the people who live here.
The people in here are rude, argumentative, and talk down to the people coming in to address their needs. More specifically, the lady named Selma Holder is borderline nasty. I asked her how her day was going to be polite, and her response was "heh"! I have a habit of calling people ma'am, and sir, and show alot of respect, but this made me feel disappointed in her response. I politely let her know, she was being unprofessional, with specifically calling her out in those words, in hope's she could correct the poor behavior. She then became argumentative that she responded that she was good. Obviously, I dropped it, but she is a nasty person.
