The blatantly disregard to the abuse of power and crime committed by their sworn officers is disgusting. The city attorneys knowing they would lose and acknowledged, settled with a man after their officers attacked him after kicking his door and tasering him in the chest and then again while on the ground incapacitated. The attacking officer then proceeded to threaten the mans wife that he would tase him again if she did not stop trying to defend her incapacitated and innocent husband. That by definition is felony menacing. $250,000 is no where near what the man should have received. All officers involved need fired and charged with assault. All officers on scene that did not stop the attack are by definition accomplices in a crime. The attacking officer should be charged to the fullest extent of the law.
Very frustrated with new parking lot rules. No signage regarding Sunday rates. We only saw the kiosk for the app. We were planning to have lunch at Rockslide. Due to lack of info regarding fees for Sunday we left and went to the Mall instead
Is the city hall still in violation of the US Constitution! As the conservatives always love to say, if you don’t like America! GET OUT! Separation of church and state is an AMERICAN value, and this town hall has NO respect for American values.
I don't think anyone can truly understand how difficult the suffering and struggling is when you find yourself homeless unless you go through it yourself. I'm completely disgusted with this city and the community of Grand Junction who are continuing to impose more and more dehumanizing conditions onto the homeless people living in our town. It is absolutely heartless and in humaine that they have even turned off most if not all public sources of drinking water along with the closing of several public restrooms. I don't know how to solve the homeless problem but further hurting those suffering the most is truly disgusting and Grand Junction should be ashamed of themselves.
Rude! Nasty! Very hard to talk to, very unpleasant and unprofessional. More excuses than action! NOBODY PICKS UP A PHONE! Unbelievable how uppity they act. Definitely voting for a new MAYOR
