City Of Albuquerque - Plaza Feliz Early Head Start

The first time I lived here, it wasn't bad. Prices and deposits are reasonable. Some of the other tenants were trash and they would leave trash everywhere. The property across the street is a nuisance. I'm trying to rent there again but I can never get in touch with anyone. I think I'm on the waitlist but I'm not sure. I know the apartment that I used to have had pigeons on the balcony and it was disgusting and they would never come clean it up. I hope that my next apartment doesn't have pigeons and I hope that management gets in touch with me soon to let me know the status of my wait list.

I have NEVER been harassed so much in all the years I've rented. Lived here for almost 3 years and Every two month or so I receive a 7 day notice for non-compliance. They never tell me what they want or need and if or when they do they NEVER provided me with the paperwork needed!! Management is HORRIBLE! They never returns email's or phone calls! COMMUNICATION IS HORRBLE!!!! When I first moved in Due to becoming a STUDENT, I was told to find a new place within 30days. I have never heard of an apartment complex kicking you out because you're a student in college. What a way to discourage someone to not pursue a goal in life or career choice.

A Cautionary Tale Plaza Feliz, an apartment complex is situated in a questionable area of Albuquerque. The unsettling incidents and the utter lack of cooperation from the management make it impossible for residents to feel safe or secure. One of the most distressing aspects of Plaza Feliz is the management's refusal to review surveillance cameras, in cases of dog thefts. The reluctance of Plaza Feliz management, led by Deborah and the management company Monarch Properties LLC, of helping when a crime has been committed in one of their apartment complex, is deeply troubling and raises serious questions about their overall integrity. Initially, Deborah, displaying a dismissive attitude, claimed that there had not surveillance cameras pointing to the apartment where a dog had been stolen. Later, she asserted that she had reviewed the video footage but could not identify the dog being snatched on the premises. A Ring doorbell from one of the residents clearly captures the theft on the property, casting doubt on the overall security of the complex. The atmosphere of insecurity, coupled with the lack of cooperation from Deborah and Monarch Properties LLC ,renders this apartment complex an unacceptable choice for anyone seeking a safe and reliable living space. Prospective tenants should exercise caution and explore alternative options that prioritize the well-being and security of their residents.

Very nice apartments, very poor management and personnel. No one is rarely in the leasing office during posted business hours, phone calls are never returned after multiple messages and attempts. Property managers, supervisors nor persons at Monarch Properties care about the safety and well being of residents at the apartment complex. When there is crime going on within the "gated" community it is of no importance to any one. It is also supposed to be gated, although, multiple times in a 3 month time frame the security, controlled-access gates to the parking have been not able to close all the way and are not fixed for several days so any one can nearly get in the apartment complex. I expected way too much from what first seemed like a wonderful place!

Debbie the property manager, everytime something comes up that I bring to her attention about Plaza Feliz gets done right away. She is a great manager and will help you, just communicate with her in all forms. Email, visit, she will take care of you.
