Cindy'S Teddy Bear Day Care

My kids have been going here for a few months now and all I have to say are good things. The staff are all so very welcoming and friendly, my kids love going here. My daughter runs straight to her teacher with open arms and a big smile ready for the day. My son is always so ready to tell me all the fun things he did at “teddy bear preschool” when I pick him up. Love it here.

If I could leave a no star review I would ! After an argument that was started by an employee named nunn. Started a fight with my husband Friday 08/09/2024 . She called my husband a redneck piece of trash. She also called me a liar denying to her director that she never called me to threaten me with a late fee. I sent proof of the call log and after all this proof the owner still took to the employees side and then kicked my daughter out . After my husband and the director had a face to face meeting , she said she will come up with a plan instead she very cold heartedly kicked my daughter out . I have much more receipts and evidence of all the awful things this employee did . She target us and made us to be the bad guy! I do not recommend this daycare if this employee still works there .

My daughter has gone to Cindy’s for over two years now. I was extremely nervous to put her into daycare at such a young age but the women who own this place, as well as the women who work there made me feel so much better. I can see how much they love my daughter and how much she loves them! I’m so thankful for ALL of them and their wonderful care they provide, lord knows it takes special people to care for other peoples children all day, and they are great at what they do! Teaching, playing, loving, Cindy’s has it all! ❤️

So on 10/21/19 I enrolled my son into this daycare. I dropped him off in the morning for the whole day and spoke with two ladies. I informed them both that my son had never been in a daycare and haven’t been around other kids his age. He’s only been around older kids and doesn’t really know how to handle playing with smaller children. One lady said she had another kid in her class who played rough and said they would teach my son how to play. So imagine my surprise when my husband tells me while I’m at work that when he picked out son up they told him my son was kicked out. They labeled him a danger to other kids, himself, and that all the adult are scared of him. My son is one years old and will be turning two in December. So I’m a little surprised to know that they informed my husband that they put my son in a room by himself and when he couldn’t get out to be with the other kids he got upset and fell to the floor and that he was throwing stuff. My one year was in a room alone with no other kids or adults. He wasn’t allowed to play with others and instead of working with him they remove him and then kick him out. How can you be a business about taking care of kids and teaching them when you just get rid of children who don’t conform to your every demand in the first day in a new place. Of course he will cry and scream and throw a tantrum. It’s what ALL kids do. You would punish my kid instead of trying to teach him right from wrong. I warned you he has never been kids his age and would probably play rough so the minute he doesn’t something your solution is to put him away which makes any kid act out. This place is a joke and I will never recommend them. Google requires a star before you can post but otherwise this wouldn’t be given a star at all!

I was reading the reviews of the crying parents and just wanted to state that I took my both of my sons here a few years ago and I never had any issues. Now I am helping a friend look for childcare and intend to recommend here. I gave 4 stars only bc the playground wasn't top notch at the time, but hell, they still played perfectly fine.
