Cindy and staff are so fun, loving & professional. They are very easy to work with & flexible. We recently relocated & my children had hard time saying goodbye to Cindy & the crew! That's just an example of how kind & sweet they are. My kids learned a lot while they were there & couldn't be more appreciative!
Very unprofessional , nasty and unsanitary!!!!!!!! The owner came outside with my 7 month old child to argue with me because I said I was calling the state not to mention it’s cold outside!!! Late everyday getting my 5 year old to and from the bus to the point his school is calling complaining about them !!! My two year old have been sent home many times with dried up poop in her underwear, I mentioned it multiple times to the owner as well as took pictures and showed her . And nothing been done . It was a case of “ hand foot and mouth “ going around and they didn’t mention anything to the parents nor send letters home . Don’t waste you time or money!!!! She’s late opening when she have to open up at 6:30 . But calling you at 5:31 talking about she charges a dollar per minute when your in the parking lot . Staff come to work looking like anything. Very low class and unfit to run a child care center!
Didn't like the fact that they didn't have a sign in sheet when I dropped my God daughter off in the morning for her mom...the afternoons I did pick my God daughter up their was a school aged child sleeping in the middle of the floor & they were playing Cardi B's album in the classroom...another school aged child was climbing all over the baby furniture (some of the furniture had babies in them) & noone said anything to him...they also closed early a few times without a timely notice so I had to rush to get my God daughter...they used my God daughter's diapers on another child & then said "I hope u don't mind they were out of diapers & tell her mom we said thank u for always being prepared"...didn't like the daycare at all...
Lost a child and now has DSS involved. Hope they get shut down. HOW DO YOU LET A 20 month old cross 4 STREET TO THE SCHOOL ACROSS THE STREET?!?
