This organization is so helpful for my family. We really suffered through some traumatic experiences. With the therapist and the doctors and different programs and classes it helped us tremendously. The therapist here really work hard to help families. They not only support your family. They advocate if you have an IEP they are there if you need them. If you need help with an outside organization to prove you are taking parenting classes or participating in certain groups. They will get you documentation. They have fun events for their clients and the support and encourage families. Amazing place I love the work they do for the community.
They never answer the phones! I go back to college in a week and I need my son's daycare hours to be approved and no one answers from any office! 😠 Edit: Beware, this program has health specialists who dont know how to read vaccines! I remember giving them the list of my son's vaccines and they proceeded to say that he was missing many of them. It turned out that they didnt know how to read the mixed vaccines. Even the nurse at my son's clinic laughed when I asked her if they can give me a copy of the specific vaccines my son had because the "health specialist" didnt know what they were. Also, they never answer the phone!
They never answer the phones! None if the offices. So wierd. How do we get a hold of you? I have letters coming in from being previously in contact with them as I have my own child care and they never answer the phone lines.
