Church By The Glades Preschool

This church is amazing it completely changed my perspective on going to church. You have to be ready for it, though. If you’re not modern or open-minded, maybe it’s better to stick to your usual church. This is a modern church exactly what I had been looking for. No heavy protocol, just the pure joy and truth of worshiping God. Everyone is super kind, and the best part is the worship experience. It’s nothing like the boring services I had experienced in the past. The music is full of life and passion it makes you want to stand up and sing even if you don’t know the lyrics. The energy is just incredible, it really takes you somewhere else. I would absolutely come back, and I feel genuinely happy to have found this place.

While visiting family in Fort Lauderdale, we attended this church for the second time and once again had a wonderful experience. The pastor always delivers such an uplifting and powerful message. We will always make it a point to visit CBG whenever we have the opportunity. Come as you are — this church truly is a wonderful place!

If you love dedicated UNINTERRUPTED time for worship music this church definitely is NOT the place...as worship time is always very short and repeatedly interrupted ! Every sunday they spend much more time talking about announcements than singing and worship time?? just two songs?? Thats it!! Sometimes just one song..and then worship is again interrupted by announcements??? Want ultimate proof of what I said above is totally true? attend in person yourself for a few services.It will prove everything say is completely true.. want even more proof..Christmas services should always be filled with extended worship time to celebrate the christmas season. This past 2025 christmas service was totally uninspiring...it was awful.just two songs- that's it!!!Then..as usual.. interrupted again by announcements, Which are then always just completely repeated over again by pastor Hughes??.the third song was not even a christmas song?? That was the entire christmas worship time service.. that's it! Don't understand why this church repeatedly gets so many good high ratings it does not clearly deserve. Unfortunately way too many reviewers are simply not honest..too scared they might offend someone. Clearly too many are just impressed with the fancy new modern building and all the fancy colored laser lights and interpret this as a great inspiring experience.how can this experience ever be so inspiring if its so short and constantly interrupted by never- ending announcements? As for adult singles groups for those over 30? None exist..no events.so no opportunities to meet and fellowship with others..so if you are over 30 and single you clearly dont exist at this church.their annual new years eve party is just another event that proves this point even more so.no one over 30.not even celebration time or a concert for even anyone regardless of marital status over 30?? Proves my point..singles groups/events can make everyone feel welcome.so many say how welcome they feel? A fully welcoming church welcomes everyone..regardless of marital status or age..church by the glades is not all welcoming.. as so many say.its a worn out cliche just to say something nice...by not welcoming adult singles ..which church by the glades wants to believe dont exist so it covers this up and makes everybody untruthfully believe everyone is welcome.the church itself will repeatedly say how welcoming they are to all.. yet dont follow up with actions

Back in June 5th I went to a service here at this church. And the service was about to end and I wanted to leave right before service ended. As I’m walking down whole the stairs when a show was about to start, I got told by the security guards that I can’t walk out and I can’t leave. I still ended up leaving and not letting know one control me especially at a church. I left right before the show started. Gave me controlling vibes.

Best church that I’ve been to in 40 years, love everything about it, the people smile at strangers, the music is amazing and so different each week, every service has a special surprise!!!
