We have a child with ADHD and explained to them how he reacts and how to redirect him. We were assured that they had other kids with the same issues and that they were able to work with him. He had only been there 2 days and they called and said he could not come back. This child has never been so disruptive that he has been asked to leave. I think they just didn't want to deal with him. I do not recommend this place to anyone who has a special needs child. I gave them one star because I had to give them something. The name is misleading this is not a Christian facility. Christians do not turn children away especially after 2 days and they weren't even days in a row. It was 2 Fridays. You claim you tried to make accommodations. When he wasnt there long enough for you to try anything or work on anything. So I feel that is a lie.This child did not even have a chance to get acclimated to his surroundings. Anyone who truly works with children with ADHD and children with Autism know that they need to learn their surroundings and the people who are around them. I feel I was lied to and now I am needing to find child care at the last minute at a time where all parents are needing child care. Thanks.
This place is a joke. Make sure you read the fine print, cause they won't openly tell you anything. And it's almost impossible to get a response or just simply get a hold of anyone there for questions and answers. EDIT: got a faster response to my rating today than I've got from them via emails or phone calls Ive been using to get in touch with someone. And when it comes to print size that pamphlet you print out on paper has all four sides on one page. Who can read that small ?? Not me.
Rude to kids !!!! Screaming at kids like if there the parents THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN ! Or get new people
