Kind and helpful staff. Observing how the front desk treated everyone, they did their to support and offer positivity. It was busy there when I arrived in the afternoon and I had a long wait for my # to be called. Lots of people needed help, so we waited.

They unprofessional I been waiting on my phone interview for hours this is ridiculous nobody wanna do they job they so quick to take your benefits they have you doing all this running around just for you to do the job for them still no answer! Been calling and calling still nothing!

I won't even deep dive into why I had to go, but it was a pretty dehumanizing experience. They will have an entire conversation about you in front of you like a transparent plastic barrier prevents you from hearing & seeing them, there is no respect for the people who come here simply because they need to. I don't care how miserable you are working here because you choose to stay and do the job to help people. So please stop treating people there for said help like that is their fault. I'm not saying this to complain, and I'm not saying it because I'm upset. I'm saying it because it needs to be heard. I would like to say that the lovely lady with the braids at the front desk was amazing and treated me like a person. But that shouldn't have been a rare find. I truly feel the city needs better employees

Two stars is me being generous because the security gaurd and the ticket people are nice, as far as the case manager and customer service over the phone throw them all away!!! They send you in circles , you call they tell you go in you go in they say I don't know...just a pointless process
