Director is sweet, but most of the staff are incompetent. Our child was not properly watched and was injured severely. Lots of screen time during the day for the toddlers and just not an environment I can recommend.GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR … def applies here. new establishment my kids attend, they're safe, happy and learning!! This business needs a new staff, more learning activities for the kids, and to keep SAFETY at the forefront dealing with children.
When I first sent my baby to Chosen I thought I had found a great daycare. The staff seemed nice and the director was so sweet. Everything had seemed fine. Until our baby started getting injured. Our son has came home with knots and bruises twice on his forehead. And several times he has came home with his face scratched up. Our baby who’s an infant was not watched properly. I feel the director is a nice lady and she’s trying her best. But she’s also just hiring anyone to watch these baby’s without proper training credentials or experience. Even after all these incidents we really wanted chosen to work because I really liked the director. unfortunately chosen was NOT the right choice for us.
Let me just tell you how absolutely amazing this place is... the owner literally goes above and beyond for her children & their parents. I walked in there feeling tired & defeated after getting the run around at so many other facilities, when I walked into Chosen Childcare and the owner herself stopped and showed me empathy & compassion as my situation was a little different from most. I had just got custody of my 8 nieces & nephews, and my back was literally against the wall trying to find daycare. That's when God placed me in the right hands & with the right staff. You can feel this woman's heart & know that it comes from a place of pure love. I will tell anyone if you are looking for quality, honest, passionate, professional care for your children this is definitely it.
Don't send your babies here. The director and staff are unprofessional, curse at the kids, lie to parents about it, and confront, intimidate, and bully kids when they report the bad treatment to their parents. This was my personal experience, the state had to be called in to deal with these issues when my child was there. They don't respect your kids. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
This place is a mess! Talk to the director about my son who is disabled. This lady talked down on my child and mad remarks that was uncalled for saying my son may have a communicable disease because he has dry skin! My son suffered from strokes and impacted his mobility! She talked down on that! Horrible.
