Choice Child Care And Preschool Madison

I don't typically leave reviews, however after reading the prior review from Jerrica I feel inclined to do so. First off, Choice Childcare has been nothing short of phenomenal and everything we could ask for for our children. Our 5 and 3 year old loved it there and actually looked forward to going. The progress they've made through the years was a direct result of the teachers and curriculum. Every teacher they had was genuine and caring, and we've actually maintained relationships with a few of them. The center is immaculately clean and has above and beyond the amount of resources (books, toys, etc.) one would expect. Secondly, the previous persons 'review' seems the exact opposite of what both my family and our friends who also have children there have experienced as it pertains to Nancy. Nancy, to us and others, has been caring, accommodating, and invested in our children and our experience at the center from day one. She's always present, talks to my wife and I daily, and has met with us personally multiple times to review any questions or concerns we had about our children's development. I also have multiple tattoo's and I can assure anyone that in no way shape or form has that altered the way Nancy, or anyone there, has treated our family. For the four years we've had our children at Choice Childcare, I have not one complaint. There is absolutely no way that I could give any credence to what Jerrica has shared as her review.

I went here as a child a quite a few years back before i moved. All i can say is that it was an overall great experience. However i so recall feeling lonely quite a few times there (so i deducted a star). Absolutely loved my two teachers Ms/Miss Cami and Ms/Miss Amanda. I had two teachers before and or after but i don't remember there names (they were great as well).

My daughter loved it there immensely. Her teacher was wonderful, who is not there any longer. We had moved and our daughter had a few transitions she had to work through. when speaking with Nancy and AGREEING with her she became nasty defensive and cruel. our daughter wasn't violent, she had a couple tantrums... like a four year old learning emotions. she kicked her out... because I agreed we needed help... sobbing I begged her to take her back and work with us because our daughter truly is a incredible kid. she needed support and consistency. we delayed visiting family to come in and meet to address issues after begging. instead we woke to a voice-mail about how she wasn't welcome back. over a 2 week stint of behavior issues, no meeting, no real report or help, no guidance. just acted like I was battling when I agreed with her. Nancy acted very unstable and all over. she was the worst part. her granddaughter in the class was very sweet and even complmenting her was met with a " don't talk to me about my granddaughter" . maybe it was because we have tattoos and are unconventional looking but, she acted like we were such terrible people. she did damage by not even giving her a chance to work on things. being a covid kid and moving, plus being at a center who couldn't even say her name correctly right before moving her there.... it was heartbreaking and the worst experience of Ohio for us. surprisingly, or not surprisingly my daughter is now thriving. she qualified for kindergarten when we went to look into prek because she is testing so high... she is brilliant and just needed a chance. Choice will not do that. have a perfect kid, OR get out, neglected or ignored. Nancy doesnt care about the kids or helping them. She wants "easy" kids.

I thought they were awesone until I asked how my son was doing and the owner told me he was behind and can't go into preschool this past August. That he didn't listen. He needed speech therapy and the list goes on. Why no one said anything to me is beyond me. I talk to the teacher the next day and she says how active he is and he doesn't listen and all that. So I'm freaking out and make an appointment with his pediatrician. I come back a few days later and the owner tells me she ia dismissing my son from the program. That 2 teachers are quitting because of my son and that her world is falling apart. Really?! Oh but she will refund my registration fee (which of course I never received). So I called his doctor ASAP to get him in sooner and they get me in that day and I explain everything that I was told and everything at home and she didn't think anything was wrong and thought the situation was handled poorly. I found a great, new daycare and before he started I told them everything and after the first week they didn't understand what the old daycare was talking about. So my advice if you have a very active, busy child do not go here. Oh and I bet I didn't get my money back because I wrote the owner a letter about how I felt abouy how the situation was handled because if I talked I would have yelled.

My son has been at this daycare for 3 years now. Everyone there is absolutely wonderful. They have done such a wonderful job with him. I dont know if he would be where he is at now with out the help of this wonderful group of people. He has came so far from where he began. I would definitely recommend Choice child care.
