The phone operator (CS) in this branch is very unprofessional. I had a bad experience and feel that I am treated disrespectfully on the phone. The phone operator is super rude and impolite. She doesn’t know anything about the office and was not willing to help with my inquiry at all. She was not listening and not even trying to help a bit. She just said, ”I don’t know what you are talking about! ” and hung up on my phone! I wonder it’s because she doesn’t understand English well. However, this is not a reason to hang up on me! This attitude is unacceptable as a phone operator. This is highly unprofessional.
Very unprofessional organization, especially the Brooklyn office. Hopefully they see this as well.
Very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful to the community. They provide many services that people may not know are available to them or that they may even qualify for. Highly recommend!
