We’ve had such a positive experience with Childtime of Renton! The director, Sara, has gone above and beyond to help us adjust to having our infant in daycare—she’s always supportive and responsive. Our daughter’s teacher, Jazmine, is wonderful with her and clearly cares about her development. We love that they provide diapers and food, including purees as she’s trying new foods, and they’ve been great about helping her explore safely. The ability to check in on her through the cameras gives us peace of mind, and the teachers work with her on important milestones like crawling and cruising. Any concern or question we’ve had has been addressed right away. We’re really grateful for the care and attention the staff gives our daughter every day!

My son has been attending Childtime Renton for three months, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. His daily care, meals, and the overall environment are far from satisfactory. Although he is enrolled in the 2-year-old classroom, he is moved to different classes almost every day. When I asked why, the explanation given was “save labor” which doesn’t make any sense to parents. I would not recommend this daycare to any parent. If you care about your child’s well-being, it’s better to stay away from this environment. That said, there are a few valuable teachers here who might be the only positive aspect of the center.

Turnover rate for teachers and admin was very high since we started in 2019 but the cost was reasonable for the area. We had to withdrawal due to moving out of state and we were accidentally charged for the week after my son withdrew. It’s been about 4 months now and I have been getting the runaround and minimal communication (if at all).

My son has been attending ChildTime Renton since January 2023 and has been thriving. The teachers really make a huge difference. There are two teachers who I want to acknowledge specifically, Azadeh and Isabel. These two teachers have helped and continue to help my 3 year old feel safe and secure. Without these two I don’t think my son would be thriving like he is today. There is a new director Aniya and she has made this school 100% better. The classrooms have been transformed and the kids are learning so much! I am a very protective mother so I watch the live cam throughout the day and I can confirm these teachers are loving and nurturing!

My son has been at Childtime since Jan 2019, and now he's a happy, thriving, sociable, well-adjusted, and smart 4-year old with very few tantrums. I am so grateful to the teachers at Childtime for the loving care they've given him over the years, and the way they've helped him grow from a baby to a toddler and now a Pre-K student. He learns so much and has so much fun at school. They provide healthy meals and snacks so we don't have to pack anything. Diapers were also included for a minimal cost so we didn't have to provide them in the infant and toddler rooms. My son has done very well at Childtime, and I have no doubt that he will be ready for Kindergarten next year after going there full-time for almost his whole life.
