A small, personal childcare center that truly makes a difference. I want to start by saying that Mrs. Sara is wonderful—attentive, understanding, and always supportive. I have observed her to be very helpful and receptive to parent feedback. Although my daughter has only been attending for four months, I am extremely happy that we made the decision to switch from another preschool in the area. Every teacher who has cared for my child has consistently demonstrated patience and genuine care for the children. My daughter’s teacher, Ms. Patricia, is especially kind and welcoming, greeting her warmly every morning. Childtime Tamarac is a great daycare and has exceeded all expectations. Sara, the director of the facility is fantastic and very professional. She addresses any issues or concerns promptly. It’s a well organized and caring center where the children well being is the top priority. Most importantly, the teachers especially Ms Nelly are truly outstanding. They are warm, patient and generally love what they do. My son has being at this daycare since he was 8 months old and now he is 3 which signifies the trust I have placed into this institution with my child. I truly recommend this daycare to any parent.
My son has been attending this daycare for three years, and our experience has been wonderful. Communication has always been consistent, and I love the app that lets me see when he’s signed in and stay connected throughout the day. The weekly previews are very helpful for knowing what to expect, and the staff is always available and approachable whenever I need to talk. I truly feel supported as a parent here.
I had my son here for a total of 3 days. I could see through the app how the teacher yanked the children around by their arms, there was no friendliness it’s all very much automatic. I decided to pull him out when I took him one day and he was crying nonstop. He was there for 5 min I didn’t even leave the parking lot before I decided to take him with me. Now they want to charge me for the whole week. Very unprofessional staff I went to pick up his things and the nice lady helping me asked the other lady to please contact the teacher cause she was suppose to be on break. The other lady replied rudely stating she would not contact the teacher and how could she ask her to do that. I’m so glad I pulled my child out he’s going to another day care where the staff is friendly and my son is happy.
I love child time I love how the teachers love on my son. My son has been there since he was three months and you could tell that the teachers absolutely love him and that he lives at the teachers and he loves going to class and playing with his friends, they take excellent care of him.. they make me feel at ease having to leave him there while I go to work.
