Childtime Learning Centers

I’ve had such a wonderful experience with Childtime of North Olmsted! The teachers are kind, patient, and truly care about the kids. My child always comes home happy and excited to share what they learned that day. The environment feels safe and welcoming, and the staff communicates so well with parents. I’m really thankful for the love and attention they give every day — it makes a huge difference. 💕

I do not recommend They don’t respect parents decisions about genders Last week gave my son a girl Mermaid it had lashes purple make up and everything on he loves dinosaurs then told me that they ran out of dinosaurs because they didn’t prepare for the activity and them tried to tell me that my son picked the mermaid but when we got in the car, I asked my son did he picked the mermaid and he told me no teacher gave me mermaid and I got it on video so I will be showing my lawyer then The teacher told me they didn’t expect as many kids to come. And because I told them I didn’t want him to have the girl mermaid when I picked up my son yesterday they put him on girls shorts, underwear, and girls shorts. I will be taking them to court and I will be putting following a complaint because it was no reason for them to do that. It was disrespectful when my son has his own drawers. They could’ve put them all or they couldn’t hear him on the pull-up. He’s a little boy at the end of day. He’s only three they would’ve never done that. They took a vantage of my son. If I was there, they would’ve never done that I’m very angry . Be ashamed my baby will not be confused When he have his own paw patrol boy, underwear in his bucket, and then y’all could put him on a pull-up like y’all usually do I took a vantage of him because he’s three because if i was there yall would have never did this We my son has only been there one Friday was his last day, but really was supposed to have three weeks left but ever since the last incident and then the bruises and not telling me in the communication we just decided that we just gonna end the summer program early we was only supposed to do the summer program i was really excited at the beginning but soon find out Nobody’s really on the same page. It’s very chaotic kids everywhere staff is everywhere. The team leads or on vacation every other week, on the clock. my first week. My son got a big bruise on his arm Nobody notified me found out through my son Nobody didn’t tell me anything and did not do any Report just put a Band-Aid on it when I ask about it then They sent me to three different teachers to ask about it as if they was all confused then finally the one teacher said oh he fell like why didn’t you know why didn’t they communicate like that Next they have cameras, I watched on the camera as many kids are punching fighting. Teachers are just sitting there not really paying attention to the kids I caught so many times the first week to report other people kids fighting punching people in the face kicking people in the face. It was just crazy like what and they where allowing it kids are fighting punching each other over toys, snatching toys out of my kids hands My kid was literally sleeping and kids jumping on him. I had literally have to call while i am at work and keep telling them how to do their job They do not respect parents decision regarding gender do then the was traffic I was late because of a accident and they got a exit blocked off. It was a car crash not too far from where the Daycare is located so traffic is really backed up over there and I called in and let them know and then they’re gonna charge me. like it’s because of the car accident like what I’m going literally there. I’m just basically because of this accident. It was only like five minutes late 10 minutes late because I was at the light and the light is long cars trying to go. You gotta wait for them to go You gotta do the speed limit like it’s so many thing

My child started in the school a few months ago, initially he really struggled to get use to the new environment and people. I was very impressed with how the teachers helped gain his trust and were a comfort to him as well. The school is very cute and they work with the space they have well! All and all has been a great experience!

LOVE my child going here learns so many new things and has so many great activities they do every day. love each teacher in each room definitely recommend!!!

This is my third year being part of the Childtime community.  I have sent both my older daughter and now younger daughter (since she was 6 weeks old) to the North Olmsted location.  Over the years, communication has been exceptional with both administration and with the classroom teachers - especially when my older daughter had dietary restrictions-they worked with me.  I have not felt like I am “out of the loop,” and when I had a scheduled or impromptu conversation, they always took the time to address my concerns and about my children's development, validating my concerns, expectations, and coming up with a plan when necessary.  There is so much care, concern, and love that the teachers provide to their students; you can truly tell that there is good communication and teamwork amongst the staff as well.  Activities that the children are exposed to have been awesome.  It helps that information about my children’s day is provided via their user-friendly app; it’s always special and reassuring to see how they are doing throughout the day.  Special days (or activities being offered), lesson plans and food that is being served is also always available to view when in the building.  I’ve been very happy with my experiences over the years at Childtime and would highly recommend this location to others looking for a daycare that will care about their child(ren) as their own and help them flourish as the unique individual they are.
