This is the best place to send a child for childcare!! The toddler teachers are the BEST! The office staff is so kind and understanding. My child learns so much by attending this daycare. I couldn't ask for better people to take care of my little girl ๐
My son has been going here since he was 18 months and is now 3. He wakes up most mornings asking to go to school (what he calls daycare). When he has a hard drop off the teachers help get him excited to stay and play so I can get to work. I love that I can look on to see him though out the day on the camera. I love knowing that when I drop him off, even if its a bad morning, his day gets better and that he his happy with people he loves being around.
Our three kids have attended this daycare since they were 12 weeks! We have always had amazing experiences with the teachers and directors.
Childtime has been a blessing to our family. We started with Childtime when my son was only 8 weeks old, as you can imagine I was extremely nervous and anxious about leaving my baby with anyone let alone people I barely knew. They eased my tensions quickly and earned our trust from the start. Three years later we now have 2 children who go there are it has been such a wonderful experience. The staff at Childtime is extremely caring and compassionate, they bring out the very best in our children. Every day they learn something new. We get daily progress reports outlining what the children did, what they ate, when they napped, etc. Their facility is always immaculately clean, which I find amazing with all those little ones around! Throughout my experience each teacher my son and daughter have had have been great. I truely believe my children consider each of them family, as do I. Pam, the director, is fabulous, she knows every child and everything about each child! She runs the center smoothly and always has time to check in to see if there is anything else that she can assist with. I have had nothing but the best experience with Childtime and would recommend it to anyone who wants their child to be somewhere they can learn, socialize and have fun all at the same time!
Update: Before considering sending your children here, I would highly recommend reading reviews and talking to other parents from this location. To clarify further on my review below, I raised concerns with the leadership team here about my daughter coming home from daycare and slapping us. A few days after this, I saw my daughter get slapped by another child. My daughter then walked across the room to play with different toys, and the other child followed her across the room and slapped her again. When I called the leadership team to discuss my concerns I was told "we don't like your tone, we can't guarantee that your kid won't get bit or slapped here, and this is normal "childhood" development. The daycare then decided to excile me from this location after I complained to the directors superior. When I informed her that I recorded a phone conversation with her, she started fake crying and said she was a "minority" and started playing victim. I learned from a friend who was interested in this location that she decided not to send her kids here because they are super untrustworthy and unorganized. Please be weary of this place. Original Review Below: Our daughter attended this institution for her first year. Since we've enrolled her, we have had countless issues with the leadership reps. For instance, we've been told she couldn't attend for the day after bringing her in, we've had zero communication regarding next steps/what is expected after a sick call. Lastly, the directors at this specific location have exhibited extreme unprofessionalism to the point of hanging up on us after we called with concerns of our child being slapped repeatedly by another child. The leadership team here is unprofessional, disrespectful, and untrustworthy. We've concluded that we would rather keep our child home and safe than continue with this treatment especially
