Childtime Indian Springs has been great for us. They are flexible with our schedule and the teachers are so great. If there is any incident, I am notified right away. Everyone always greets Sorin excitedly and I know he’s truly cared for here. I prep all of Sorins food and there’s been no issue with me bringing it for him.
During tours they put on a front. My wife and I went to about 10 daycares and this one offered everything we wanted and seemed to actually care. It was all for show. As we watch our baby and several others cry and scream for 20+ minutes without being cared for or soothed. It’s been going on for months. Luckily we’re able to watch the cameras while my wife and I work unless we wouldn’t know anything that happens. One teacher picks her teeth with her fingers while holding and FEEDING infants. Our baby went face first into a bookshelf ( which we get you can’t prevent everything) and was just moved away and sat back down crying. No comfort. The director is no help. Pretends to listen to concerns but if they are relayed to staff they’re ignored. Communication between staff members don’t exist. Our baby had feeding instructions which were rarely ever followed. Also certain staff members were rough when handling infants-6 months old. Again I’m not just talking about our baby. I would advise you to consider other daycares or watch the cameras while your child is there.
Childtime has been a fantastic resource for us and a great environment for our son. We started sending him at 6 months old, and although there was the typical adjustment period, we are very happy with the care this team provides.
We absolutely love it here! The staff is so nice and they feel more like family than just my child’s teachers.
My son currently attends Childtime- Liberty and I couldn't be happier. Everyone is very kind, attentive, and approachable. Whenever I send a message to the daycare regarding my child I get responses VERY quickly! I am so thankful for the staff & all they do for the kids. This place is awesome! I was so nervous to start my son in daycare, but Childtime has made me feel such a great sense of comfort. 5 stars!
