We have been absolutely thrilled with Childtime since our daughter started attending over six months ago. The level of care provided is truly exceptional, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. What truly sets this facility apart is the staff. Every member is genuinely friendly and caring, creating a warm and welcoming environment. Our daughter lights up when she talks about her favorite teacher, Ms. Chloe, who has made a profound positive impact on her development. We also deeply appreciate the administrative features that provide peace of mind. The ability to check in using the live cameras is a huge comfort, and the regular updates about her meals and daily activities keep us informed and connected to her day. If you are looking for a caring, professional, and attentive daycare, we highly recommend them.

My experience with Childtime has been great. My son has been going here for 4 years and my daughter since she was an infant, she is now 3. Both kids love going here and love the teachers. They are always engaged and learning new things. My son really loved the summer program this past summer and went on lots of fun field trips. My experience with the staff has also been great whenever I had any concerns they are open to listen and fix whatever the problem is.

My children have been attending this daycare for a few months after being in a previous daycare. Im able to access cameras so I can see my kids whenever I want. The level of care and patience the teachers have is outstanding. The director is willing to answer any questions I may have and takes her time to answer them thoroughly and has been amazing with helping my son who has ADHD have resources and tools to help him when he gets emotionally overwhelmed. I see the director always checking in on rooms and laughing with the kids. I appreciate all the wonderful care my children get from Ms. Andrea and all the staff, thank you so much!

My son has been a student of Childtime for almost 3 years. We love the staff and the energy the staff has. My son is so smart & always surprises me when we talk about what he has learned. The teachers have helped shaped my kiddo & his abilities.

**WARNING to Parents Considering This Daycare** I am extremely disappointed and concerned with the care my grandson has received at this facility. Repeated incidents have raised serious questions about the level of supervision and attention given to the children. On multiple occasions, my grandson has come home with unexplained bruises. Most recently, he returned with a large bite mark on his cheek. When we approached the staff for an explanation, we received only excuses and deflections. This is not an isolated incident — there is a troubling pattern of injuries, including a previous black eye, that can no longer be dismissed as accidents. Even more disturbing, video footage has shown teachers ignoring children in distress, failing to provide comfort, and, in some cases, physically mishandling them by slinging them onto cots during naptime. The lack of compassion and professionalism is unacceptable. Many parents have voiced similar concerns in their reviews, yet the responses from the owner appear to be generic and dismissive, with no real change or accountability. Promises to “look into it” or “address the issue” seem to be more about protecting the daycare’s image than ensuring children's safety. If you value your child’s well-being, please reconsider enrolling them here. The recurring issues of illness, poor hygiene (severe diaper rashes and skin irritation), bruising, and emotional neglect cannot be overlooked. To the owner: Please do not respond with a copy and paste reply. Real change requires genuine accountability, not public relations.
