All the staff and teachers are lovely. They go out of their way to listen to parents’ concerns and needs along with the children’s. My son always looks forward to going to school. Even at bedtime, he asks me to pat him on the back the same way his teachers do and is very insistent on this! It is clear that he has such a joyful learning experience at Childtime and I’m so thankful for everyone there. Highly recommend!

My daughter has been going here for over a year and I could not be happier. The teachers and director are amazing. They are so great with the kids and work with the parents! This facility has been so beneficial for my daughter. I am so appreciative for them!

We have two children currently enrolled at this daycare, and our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. We started our youngest at just 6 months old, and from day one, the staff has been incredible. The cameras and regular updates through the app give us so much peace of mind throughout the day. Our oldest had food allergies, and the level of care and attention the team provided was truly above and beyond. They were extremely accommodating and helped us navigate new foods with confidence. Ms. Gini even knew our son’s food list by heart. It’s clear that they know our children deeply and genuinely care for them, they’ve truly become like family to us. We also love the additional experiences they offer, such as Soccer Shots, gymnastics, and now Spanish classes. Having our kids participate in extracurriculars during school hours is an unmatched benefit for two working parents. We honestly can’t say enough good things about this school and its staff. We are so grateful for the loving, supportive, and enriching environment they provide every single day.

I cannot say enough good things about Childtime and what they have meant to our family. We have been with Childtime for over 6 years. My daughter started there when she was four months old and was there all the way until she graduated and my son started at four months and is still there. As a working mom there was a lot of guilt I felt when starting my kids at a daycare. When they were young there would be times they would call some of the employees who were with them often mom. At first this made me sad but then I realized I chose place to send my kids who love them, take care of them and protect them like a mom does and at the end of the day because I need to work I want my children to be in an environment like that. The employees do an amazing job of making sure kids are safe, healthy, and happy. Both my children are thriving because of the employees love, dedication and time they spend with the kids. I was sad to see a post below of someone’s review based on a tour which is not reflective of what Childtime does day in and day out to support the families who attend. They have truly become a part of our family. They prioritize the kids needs and then handle other duties like cleaning up after lunch once the kids are taken care of first. The hours, the cameras, the activities, the food provided, and most importantly staff are incredible. I cannot recommend this place enough. We have had four other friends send their children there because of our experience and they loved it just as much.

We've been with Childtime (Ann Arbor) since the infant program and have been more than pleased with Childtime's care for our child. Management is very friendly and makes sure all families are welcomed.
