Mrs. Bertha and Mrs. Sandra are truly the best! They take such wonderful care of my son and treat him like family. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and pour so much heart and effort into everything. Mrs. Bertha recently started a cooking class with the littles, which has been such a fun and creative way for them to learn new skills. Mrs. Sandra is always coming up with thoughtful crafts and engaging activities that keep the kids excited and learning every day. I’m so grateful for the patience, kindness, and dedication they show. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing my son is in such caring and capable hands.

My son started here this year and the first 2-3 weeks maybe even the first month he was crying n unsure but after he got comfortable oh my god he loves it he’s never been to any daycare but for the 4-5 hrs he’s here he loves it he loves Bertha absolutely obsessed w her n it makes me happy that if we get there a few mins early and we wait in the car he’s just in a hurry to go inside also they give me a peace of mind w the camera access. This was such a big transition for him n I’m glad we did it and also since I’m in such a fixed income they helped me get into a program to help pay for the daycare cost !

I have three kids that attend Childtime. They all love their teachers. Ms. Hilda(Infant teacher) always goes above and beyond for the children in her care. Mrs.Bertha (twos teacher) has taken great care of my child. Drop off is always a difficult time and she makes sure to tend to my child and distract him with activities to do. My child has learned a lot while in her care. I'm grateful that my children have such great teachers.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Do Not Recommend I had an extremely negative experience with ChildTime of Moreno Valley. My daughter has been attending this daycare since she was 1 year old. I have had more problems this year than ever before. The staff is unbelievably disrespectful, and the leadership is even worse. The director, Tanya, is completely unprofessional and dismissive. The district manager, DeAnne, is no help either. Any concerns you bring up are brushed off or ignored entirely. My daughter was screaming and crying one day, and not a single staff member could or would tell me what happened. No one comforted her. But the moment I raised my voice trying to advocate for my child, suddenly I was the problem. One of the teachers even rolled her eyes and walked away while I was trying to get answers. Completely unacceptable. Not one apology was received. I was only told I was very hostile and yelling. When it comes to my child, they need to be glad I didn’t do worse. All I heard was excuses for their horrible staff. On top of that, they were overcharging me for almost a year, and I had to fight to get a refund. Their ratios are a serious safety concern. 40 kids to ONE teacher is not only unethical but dangerous. It’s clear this place cares more about money than children. Save yourself the stress. Look elsewhere for childcare. Your kids deserve better.

My son has been attending childtime since he was 4 months old. He is now 7 months old as we are getting ready to move to Texas, we will be leaving Childtime. I just want to leave a review to say the ladies there are the absolute best. They treat my son Jack like as if there were there own child. He loves them and always arrives and leaves with the biggest smiles. I always get feedback from how his day went and always feel comfortable knowing that he is in good hands while I am at work. They have helped him hit so many milestones and will absolutely miss the ladies there once we move.
