What Parents Say
Childtime Children's Center in Alhambra receives consistently positive feedback from parents, with all reviews rating it 5/5 stars. Parents praise the caring and communicative staff, experienced leadership, play-based learning approach, and convenient services like early opening times and school transportation.
We absolutely love Childtime. The teachers are incredibly communicative and so creative with the kids’ learning and daily activities. The director and assistant director are both wonderful—supportive, approachable, and clearly invested in the children and families. We actually left once and came back, which says a lot. We currently have two children enrolled and are already looking forward to enrolling our third. We really appreciate the SproutAbout app for daily communication, updates, and photos, as well as the ability to check in on the classroom via live streaming—it gives such peace of mind as a parent. Most importantly, my girls love their teachers, and it’s clear their teachers truly love and care for them. We’re so grateful to be part of this community and highly recommend Childtime to any family looking for excellent childcare.
My daughter has been attending Childtime for over a year now. We’ve been really happy with her teachers- shout out to Ms Jenny, Ms Mary, Ms Gloria and Ms Dolores. They are extremely kind and patient with kids. I appreciate the transparency of the school and the willingness to address issues when brought up. I love that they feed the kids community style and encourage tons of play-based learning.
We’ve been sending our children to Childtime Alhambra for nearly five years. We have been very happy with the attentiveness, responsiveness, care, and kindness of staff and school leadership. They all care deeply about the wellbeing and growth of our children. Our kids have in turn developed strong bonds with the entire staff. Many of the teachers have worked at this location for more than 20 years. The director and assistant director have somewhere around 50 years of combined tenure at the Alhambra facility and have a wealth of experience. What is particularly helpful to our family is the early 6:30 am opening time and the fact Childtime provides before/aftercare along with transportation to and from two of the local elementary schools. They also provide care for children up to the age of 10 on school holidays and during extended breaks. This has been of enormous benefit to our family with two working parents. We would highly recommend Childtime Alhambra to our friends and family.
My daughter has been attending ChildTime for approximately 6 months. As a first time mom, I was scared and unsure of what to expect when enrolling my 18 month old for her first school experience. I toured multiple schools but ultimately loved ChildTime and the SproutAbout app that they use which allows you to observe your child via live stream. Both directors and all teachers in Room B (under 2 year old) have made this a very positive experience. Lastly and most importantly, my daughter genuinely likes to attend, learn, and spend time with her teachers. Since starting child time, my daughter’s overall communication skills, social skills, and school readiness skills have significantly improved. I am forever thankful and will continue to recommend ChildTime to other families.
Wonderful daycare. My sister sent her kids here 10+ years ago originally and recommended this place. My wife and I send both of our sons here. The transition from home life to daycare is never easy, you want staff that are understanding and caring. Our kids love it here. We loved that they focus on lots of activities to help our children grow. All of the staff are amazing. This includes Ms. Debbie, Ms. AJ., Ms. Katherine, Ms. Doreen, Ms. Mary, and honestly even more of the staff (just didn't want to write out an entire page of names). PS when your kids outgrow and go off to kindergarten, you can definitely tell the kids who went to daycare from the kids who stayed at home ;). That social interaction is crucial at a young age.
