My daughter has attended this center for the last 2 years now and we love it here. The teachers and staff are quick to answer any messages and questions. The front office staff and director have helped me so much navigating through the struggles of childcare assistance. I especially appreciate how much my daughter has learned and experienced! She comes home every day and has something new and exciting to tell me or show me. They do an excellent job of staying in ratio and making sure teachers are not left alone with way more than they are supposed to be. Another thing that warms my heart is that the new director of the center is always in the classrooms and involved. What I would have given as a previous daycare teacher for a director to actually help when needed in classrooms!!! There are also many teachers that have been there for so long! That says a lot about this center. Childcare is such a tricky and stressful business/job and they do an amazing job of tackling it. I’m so beyond thankful my daughter and I found this gem❤️

My daughter has been attending Childtime since she was about 10 weeks old. I have loved all her teachers. They are very caring individuals that my daughter adores. They works hard to communicate effectively with my husband and I about her day. They have helped along my daughter's growth and development, which I cannot express how much I appreciate their help and input. They are true partners with us. I highly recommend Childtime!

Absolutely ZERO stars. Initially, this place had me fooled. The vulnerability with the open live streaming of the facility’s cameras, the nice (on paper) teachers, the director doing a tour for you. All of it seems really structured and organized, which is exactly what you’d want for your child. My child went here for two full days his first week and the third day (today, February 12th, 2026) he was in a classroom with two immature, poorly trained girls who seem like they are working for sport and not to truly take care of children and DO THEIR DAMN JOB. My toddler is 19 months old and was having a more emotional day today and was following the teachers around while having a meltdown and crying which I clearly watched on the camera and both incompetent teachers literally ignored his presence and kept walking by him over and over. I cannot make this up. Luckily, I was able to catch this on the cameras in the live stream and I watched for over 10 mins to see if anyone would do anything to help my child and nothing. They also did the same thing to another little child there ( a girl) she wasn’t crying like my child though, she seemed used to it. I immediately went to the daycare to pick him up after seeing enough and then was able to confront the two “teachers” if that’s what you can even call them and they seemed so nonchalant and could care less. They had zero empathy or respect towards my child or me to take accountability and apologize. So to sum this all up, if your child can’t speak yet, don’t send them here!!!!

We couldn’t be happier with our experiences at ChildTime. From the moment you walk in, the staff greet you with genuine warmth and kindness. They’re not just friendly to parents—they make you feel like a part of their community, always taking the time to share updates, celebrate little milestones, and answer any questions with patience and care. What truly sets this place apart is how they treat each child like their own. You can see it in the way they comfort, encourage, and celebrate every kid. My child is always excited to walk through the door, which says everything. The teachers know each child’s personality, routines, and needs, and it shows in the confidence and happiness our little one has developed since starting here. The environment is safe, nurturing, and full of opportunities for learning and fun. We have complete peace of mind knowing our child is in such loving, capable hands. I’d recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a place that feels like an extension of family.

My child attended the daycare since he was 3 months old. I loved this daycare until one particular teacher in the infant 3 room, threw my 17 month old on the floor by his arm. The director tried to cover it up after we told her about it. I don't recommend this place unless the Teacher that did this and the Director are held accountable by corporate and fired. Corporate didn't even suspend the teacher until they released the video to authorities. We loved the teachers in the other infant rooms, but unfortunately, for our child's saftey we took him out of this daycare.
