Childtime of Redmond has been a good fit for our family. My son has been attending the Pre-K program since late 2024, and overall we’ve had a positive experience. One thing we appreciate is the value for the price — it’s a solid option compared to many other preschools in the area. I also like that they are open on days when many other schools are closed (for example, Martin Luther King Day and some other holidays). The location is convenient for us and set back from busy roads. The classrooms are clean and well organized, and there are plenty of toys and materials for crafts and activities. Lunch is generally good in both quality and portion size, and they also provide an afternoon snack. By pick-up time (around 5:20), my child is often very hungry, so a later snack would be a helpful improvement. They go outside twice a day, and recently they added bikes, which my son really enjoys. The app is also very helpful — I can see updates about what they worked on, what he ate, and I like receiving photos and videos during the day. I want to especially thank the director, Miss Alma. Since she started, I’ve noticed improvements in organization and communication. She is great with the kids and is quick and effective when parents have questions. Thank you as well to Miss Keiko and Miss Garcia for their care and attention to the children. Last summer, when there were many kids from the summer camp, my son was in a group with Miss Muntaz and we had a really wonderful experience with her — we miss her.

Teachers feel like family, create a welcoming atmosphere, and genuinely care for each child's needs. Parents receive daily updates, photos, and notes, keeping them connected. A clean, organized space with well-structured play areas (indoor/outdoor) that encourage development.

Our experience here from Jan 2025 through Sept 2025 has been wonderful. The teachers have been very supportive of my child's needs and the management has been prompt in responding to our emails in terms of communication. My son was in the toddler class led by Ms. Madhvi, Ms. Dhana and Ms. Priyanka. He adored all his teachers and developed loving relationships with them. The teachers went above and beyond to create a safe space for my child. They also set up various creative activities that supported my child's social, physical & emotional development.

My son went there for a few months. Teachers were welcoming, children are so well behaved. He learned so much in the months he was there.
