Let me share why NOT to enroll your child here after they’ve JUST GOT THEIR LICENSE BACK AFTER BEING REVOKED AND CLOSED DOWN BY THE STATE! 1. You won’t have an enrollment sit down- have to call everyday on your break for basic information such as sprout about, Family link, rules and information and when called out on it- Kimberly the site director will slip the paperwork into Child’s backpack because she doesn’t want to communicate. 2. Will leave your child sitting in shit and piss all day long while marking him dry. I picked my child up 6+ hours later after work with the same pissy diaper he was dropped off in. 3. They will have your child sit in the corner alone for 20 minutes isolated from everyone while the others are reading a story from the teacher 4. They won’t ask for shot records or a physical exam, the site director will PRESSURE you almost 2 months after realizing they never obtained this information because of licensing (which again was revoked and they just got back in August 2025 5. They will call you falsifying information such as child having a fever (what fever do you know that’s 97.3 ?) or labored breathing to come and pick your child up early, when no symptoms were present upon drop off or pickup (a doctor cleared my child upon pick up to confirm their lies) 6. They won’t call you if your child DOES have a fever.. Called 4-5x no answer which definitely didn’t surprise me. Rushed out of work & Picked him up with a bloody nose and a fever of 101 the first week he was placed in their care, leading to a hospitalization at CHKD for several days. (Staff present said they had no idea what happened to his nose & Kimberley tried to downplay it to keep me from reporting to licensing) 7. They frequently have closures due to staff call outs, limiting the rooms to a certain amount of students (leaving parents fighting over what student gets in ) Overall this has been a poor experience for my son and I while my husband is deployed.. I’ve had to leave work early several times for falsified claims, mistreatment and neglect of my son. The site director honestly is just there for a paycheck, doesn’t care to listen to parents, or even checking on students. Really sad to see.

Childtime feels like family. Since day one Kimberly and her staff have made me and my daughter feel welcomed and my daughter is learning every day that she attends. I have nothing bad to say and I hope to continue to bring my daughter here for many years to come.

Inconsistent staff, poor communication, not a clean facility, most times it smells like urine in the opened areas as well as in my sons classroom. Everytime I watched cameras the kids were either outside, eating or playing. He didn’t seem to be learning anything. I’ve picked my son up several times and his clothes were wet from urine, shoes consistently untied. Not a professional place at all. I’ve witnessed body language that displayed as if my child was being yelled at (cameras have no sound). My son only lasted a little over a month, he cried everyday when I dropped him off, most of the time I witnessed the teachers ignoring him. My son hated it! He’s at a new facility now and he loves it, I’m finally at peace! He says he never wants to go back to this school. I will say the director is pretty nice but the staff needs more training. I was in childcare for 5 yrs so I know how things should be ran and this place isn’t it.

I have 2 children that have been enrolled since Nov 2018. My youngest son was in the infant room until recently and we loved all of the staff. My son had a wonderful relationship with his primary provider Ms. Kelly. She was so great with him. He has moved up to the toddler room and is adjusting nicely with the help of the staff. My older son is in the 2 year room and tells us all the time how "He had a good day". They do a lot of activities with the kids and he is learning so much. The director and assistant director are very approachable and have always helped address anything we have brought to them. On top of the great staff they have cameras in the rooms where you can check in (or stalk as my husband and I say) on your kids throughout the day. They also have a app that tracks the kids day and allows you to communicate with the staff in your child's room directly. We would highly recommend this location.

My three year old attended for three months. I couldn’t understand why his behavior was becoming an issue and why he never wanted to go until I watched the cameras for prolonged periods of time. The staff was not interacting with him and were sitting on their phones. Any interaction they had with him was negative. There is no audio on the cameras but the body language displayed by the ‘adults’ was terrible. There was no consistency with staff and new people were employed almost weekly, several young men were hired and I watched on the cameras as one got in my child’s face while he was playing. When I brought this to the attention of the director, my child was suddenly placed into classrooms where I did not have access to watch him on the cameras. Inappropriate and disgusting behavior from staff towards my child resulted in MONTHS of work to help him get back to normal behavior and him feeling safe. He learned swear words and when I asked him where he heard this language he told me which staff member had said them. I had never met this staff member previously. This daycare is expensive and is NOT worth it. Don’t bring your child here.
