Where to even begin luckily everything was documented on my end screen shots Email's texts ect. So on 2/4/25 11am we have our visit with family partner and ICC. We explain to them are challenging jounry of people being dissmive about the severity of my daughters neurological disability. We provided documentation and sent emails about her disability diagnosis. I was thanked by the ICC partner for being diligent. So when we went to schedulel the next visit the family partner asked if I was zoom capable I said no. And She also had mentioned phone calls were fine as well. So next appointment was on 2/10/25 11am plenty of time to notify me of cancelling the appointment. So I text the team on a group chat. To confirm the appointment. Family partner starts of with good morning were not doing zoom? Mind you I didn't agree to zoom at all. I respond with i prefer phone calls. Now during group chat the family partner never mentioneds anything about having another appointment. So at 11:02 am I received a call from the family partner saying how sorry she was and that she forgot about an IEP meeting they had to attend. So I told her ok I will be documenting this in the group chat.the family partner didn't even inform the ICC partner in the group chat . mind you I made sure to screen shot and email's all of this. Im well aware of" he" said "she" said . so naturally after having to document all of this I was incredibly disappointed in the family partners lack of due diligence and professionalism. I received a call from the main office for wich I then explained what happend. And how based upon this situation we wished to end services. I was told that was fine. And I also requestd the report from the intake visit. So when dealing with this agency make sure you Douctment everything.

I had received services from them for two years at their Worcester office. I wish I could give them zero stars. It was a terrible experience. Initially they were difficult to get in touch with when transferring to them and throughout my time there, they were barely ever in office and have such an outdated payment process. I recently transferred my daughter out and they managed to ruin that process for me as well. Worst years of my life, I wish I could take it back. If you’re in Worcester, please seek help elsewhere.

As most reviewers have shared this company fails the families they are employed to assist. In my case, I complained and stopped repeating myself about their failure to act lie they care. They on their own discontinued our services with no proper notice. I received a text to tell me they were ending the services given to my family because I expressed frustration on how they are handling our case. A text really; how professional (note sarcasm). I will be filing a formal complaint for the incompetence. They are too inept to do their job!

This company sucks do not deal with these people they're sneaky and conniving and they try to make the homeowners pay for everything and when you ask for a rental increase they opt-out because they're to cheap to pay for a 3 bdr apt they'd rather low-ball you all the while every year the cost of living increases!!.... Children's Services Of Roxbury is a sinking ship don't drown with them!!👎👎

The service's upstairs were great for my son however the daycare sucked. My son came home with a deep scratches on his face and the school couldn't tell me what happened to him. It looked like an adult tried to grab him by the face. My son was too young to tell me exactly what happened. I went to the director and told her and I also told her I wanted to see the video from that day so I can see what happened to my son. The director never got back to me with a copy of the video......
