we enjoy the daily updates and photos/videos of what our little busy bee is up to. the teachers are so kind and or son enjoys the fun activities. we've seen lots of creative work as well as STEM activities and group work. our son is excited about going to school each day. ❤️ big thumbs up to all the staff at frog academy!
The team here truly cares about their kiddos! They recently connected with Celebrate You ABA therapy to better serve their littles with special needs. Their heart for supporting the development of tiny humans is very evident!
I'm thrilled to share my 5-star review for Frog Academy Preschool! They are doing an exceptional job with my son, Tucker. The care and education he receives at Frog Academy are top-notch. The staff is attentive, caring, and truly dedicated to nurturing his development. I couldn't be happier with the positive impact they're having on Tucker's early years. Thank you, Frog Academy Preschool, for your outstanding commitment to our children's growth and well-being! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We switched to Frog Academy from a different daycare, and we have been so happy we did. At the old daycare, it felt like they were just babysitters there to make sure the kids were fed and alive by the end of the day. At Frog, my kids are actually learning - my 3 year old comes home with SO MUCH artwork and worksheets, where they're actually learning how to write and basic concepts like days of the week. He came home the other day and was telling me about how eating his food makes him grow muscles - I never taught him that! My one year old leaves me in the dust every morning to get to his classroom, where they do actual storytime and little lessons. My only regret is that I didn't switch the kids months before - there has never been a single issue of short staffing or facility closures (unlike the daycare we left), and it feels much more like an actual school rather than somewhere to stash your kids during the day. Edit: it's been a year since this review and I'm still super satisfied with my experience at Frog. My son will be starting kindergarten in the fall and he's very prepared thanks to his amazing teachers! The one year old is now two and thriving, still running to his classroom every morning. The location of this school is actually pretty inconvenient for me (it's 20 minutes away from my house), but I'm keeping my kids there because I (and they) love it so much!
Our son has been attending Frog Academy since 2021. He has grown and thrived. When I left for a deployment they made sure to show him so much extra love. They have inspired him to try new things and his confidence is through the roof. They love our son like he was their own. As a teacher now, I am eternally grateful for their curriculum based instruction. Our son can correctly count to 25, his vocabulary is well beyond his years, and I attribute his interest in learning to their ability to make daily learning fun. They challenge him, ensure he maintains his manners, and entice him to eat his vegetables we pack every day. He has become inquisitive because of their questioning methods in the classroom and comes homes happy and excited for life every single day. There isn’t a better daycare around and we were so fortunate to stumble upon them when we moved back to Charleston in 2021. They are excellent with their communication with parents and post pictures in their private app for us to see our son’s accomplishments and fun throughout the day. When it was time to potty train, they conducted a potty boot camp in the classroom to mirror our efforts at home and our son was completely potty trained in 2 weeks. It was astounding to see that kind of progress. Everyone there is always smiling and friendly but there is also a ton of structure for the kiddos which is vital as they are learning to navigate life and leads to thriving successful little kids. I could go on and on forever about the wonderful things this daycare has done for our son and our family but at the end of the day, they are our sons second family and we couldn’t love them any more than we do now!
