Children’s Lighthouse is a daycare I highly recommend to parents who want teachers that give honest, thoughtful feedback about their child’s growth and development. I saw rapid improvement in my son’s speech, reading, and overall cognitive development within a short period after he started school. Ms. Makela, in particular, provided helpful, practical tips that I was able to use at home to further support his progress — and the results were noticeable. My daughter also loves the school’s after-school activities. She’s always excited to participate and eager to learn, which speaks volumes about the positive environment they’ve created. I’m truly grateful for the dedication and care the staff show toward each child’s development.

The entire team at Children’s Lighthouse-Wylie are amazing! They take such great care of our grand babies and make us feel like we’re part of their family! This is way more than a babysitter. The kids have so much fun but are learning every day. This definitely had an impact on how prepared our grandson was for kindergarten! Highly recommend them if you’re in search of a caring, nurturing atmosphere for your babies!

My grandchildren attend this fantastic center. Both my son and daughter work various hours so, I often help them both out by picking up or dropping off my grandchildren. Ms. Michaela is truly one of a kind. Her genuine love for the center and to every single child shows in everything she does. From early mornings to late evenings, she greets us with a big smile, open communication, and a heart full of love for the children. The way she encourages positive affirmations, kind words, and a calm, straightforward approach even in difficult moments brings peace of mind to families like mine. The teachers at Children’s Lighthouse of Wylie are amazing, and my grandchildren are not only safe but also thriving and learning every day. I couldn’t ask for a better place where I feel confident leaving my grandchildren while I go to work.
