I pulled my daughter out after only one month. She was assaulted twice by the same child within about a one-week period. While the teachers and directors were kind, that means very little when the safety of vulnerable children cannot be ensured—especially when certain children are known repeat offenders. We were told my daughter had a scratch on her face, but when I picked her up, I also noticed marks on her back and around her neck. While I understand that no childcare environment can be controlled 100% of the time, more should have been done to prevent this from happening a second time. This is especially concerning because I personally witnessed this same child grabbing my daughter on a separate occasion when observing the classroom...this was the first offense. Unacceptable!
I am deeply grateful for the exceptional care and attention the staff at Children's Lighthouse provide. They consistently address any concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring my peace of mind. The love and dedication they show my children, especially my middle one, is truly heartwarming. It's evident they treat each child as if they were their own. Truly Exceptional Care at Children's Lighthouse Cypress - Fairfield I can’t say enough good things about this daycare. My 3-year-old has been attending, and the experience has been nothing short of wonderful. The staff is incredibly friendly, passionate, and truly dedicated to the children. 0 stars. There was an incident with my child that I ended up pulling her out of school and having to rearrange my work schedule to keep her home with me. They never followed up on any emails or showed that anything was done regarding the incidents.
We moved our 1 1/2 yr old son to Children’s lighthouse after having a horrible experience with a daycare that is much closer to our home. We live on the outskirts of Magnolia and it’s about a 25 min drive for us each way but has been well worth it. We have our youngest son there as well and we couldn’t be happier with this daycare. The entire staff is extremely friendly, communication is top notch, the preparation for kindergarten has been excellent and most importantly our boys love going there everyday. Kudos to the owners and the entire staff!
