Children'S Lighthouse At Woodcreek

The best daycare I’ve ever had my baby enrolled in. The staffs are always friendly and courteous, every month there are new activities, great lesson plans, clean environment and I can see the difference in my Children. We love it here! I absolutely love this place! My son has never felt more at home then when he is at this Children Lighthouse of katy learning and creating new experiences. Thanks to the loving and supportive staffs Brittany, Jonay, Anna from the Site’s Director / front desk staff and incredibly friendly teachers always so welcoming! The executive director Dorothee is friendly and helpful. Please give them a call & Highly Recommended!!!

Since enrolling my 2 year old at this school, she has really started to blossom. You know a school is doing something right when your child wakes up excited to go each morning. I highly recommend this school to any Parent, looking for a preschool with strong curriculum, great staff, facilities that are spacious and well maintained and located for easy access to I-10. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

We previously had a bad experience at a different daycare, so upon enrolling her (my 10 month old) we were pretty nervous. I am very happy to say how happy we are with this daycare. Tara, the director, gave us the tour and she was very friendly, open, and honest. I normally see Ana and Alondra in the front, and they are very sweet, vibrant, and happy. My daughter’s teachers are ANGELS- Alyssa should open her own daycare like the role of being a daycare teacher fits her so well as she’s so warm and gentle. Brenda, Araceli, Maria are all just as amazing and attentive. When I have a break from work, I pop into the cameras, and I see some of the most sincere gestures like Alyssa rocking a crib for a baby that I’m guessing needs a little motion to sleep, I’ve seen Alyssa give the most tight and warm hugs throughout the day, and each baby gets the care they need. All of her teachers are trained well and great at reading cues. My favorite thing about my daughter’s class is the structure and organization. I never have to question anything. Overall, we are happy with our choice and comfortable with our daughter being in their care.

The teachers are amazing, informative, and loving. From the Director to Administration and even the woman who prepares their meals. They are very welcoming every time you walk through the door. It feels like you’re leaving your kid with family. They are helpful very caring and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable leaving your child there. We will truly miss ALL of them..

We've been with Lighthouse since 2021 and they've cared for our kids ranging from 2 months to 9 years old. The staff have cared for all of our children, each with their unique personalities and challenges, as though they were all part of their own extended family. What's always a joy for us is to see how well they know the kids, and how much they enjoy them and encourage them to be exactly who they are. I really believe this is the reason they've grown up to be so outgoing and confident, because they have a safe and positive place to learn and grow. From encouraging and entertaining our eldest's *abundant* curiosity and questioning about the world, to coaching our second through hard feelings about a new sibling, they meet them where they are and based on who they are. Two other families even joined after hearing our kids rave about their experiences!
