I have taken my child to this new dentistry department location 3 times now and it is always the same annoyance. They ask me to arrive at least 15 minutes before the appointments and I always do so on time but they attend to me up to 1-2 hours later, yes later without reason. If it were me arriving 15 minutes late I would lose the appointment because they would deny me service. The women’s at the front desk are lazy talking among themselves and my kids are waiting. I let them know and they don't even pay attention. Today my child had an appointment at 8:30. I arrived at 8:12 am and checked in. It is already 9:20am and I was still in the waiting room. I told the front desk and in their bad temper why are they giving me an appointment at 8:30 if they are going to attend at 10 am? It is unacceptable. And then at check out they are again talking among themselves and laughing instead of answering the line. I left and I couldn't even do the follow up. The dentistry reception urgently needs staff who do their job properly and don't play with the time of working parents who only bring their children here for a special condition like mine.
The new location of the dentistry is nice and easy to access but the service is just as bad as in the hospital. I have spent hours in the waiting room 2 be called regardless of the appointment time, they have made us wait, which is really frustrating for my bb who suffers from some serious conditions. It is not easy plx go with a lot of extra help. Blessed
My son and I love this location. It's soo much easier than going to Boston Children's Hospital. We're glad that the Dentistry department was moved to this location.
Came here with my children who received their autism diagnosis’ and had the most caring, educated, kind doctors who listened to all our worries and was able to finally give us relief when it comes to our kids care.
