Children'S First At One Financial Center

I absolutely love this center. The staff is exceptional—they go above and beyond to keep the children engaged and happy. Both of my kids have always had a fantastic experience here. I’ve tried several other backup care centers, but none come close to the quality of care and service provided at this one. In fact, I prefer this center even more than my son’s regular daycare. Even when I’ve had to book last minute, they’ve always done their best to accommodate us.

Horrible service. I booked back up care for full day a week in advance. Received a full confirmation and everything including sitters name Nd details. On the day of, no one showed up. The sitter ghosted.. and when we called bright horizons to see what happened, they were unwilling to take any responsibility. The team was unempathetic and not willing to look for other options. I had to cancel all my appointments. Very unprofessionally run

This is a great back-up care center and it's our go-to-place when schools not in session during holidays or spring/winter recess. My son has been there for 10 days in 2022 and will attend for another 10-15 days this year. We've had consistent positive experience for each of the day we received childcare from the center. Center directors, Jamie and Maureen, and other teachers are all nice and patient. I like their hygiene protocol (especially important during COVID time last year), which helps kids to stay away from virus. Overall a pretty solid and dependable back-up care - highly recommend for working parents who need childcare when schools are not in session.

I had a great experience with this center. I had my 2.8 years old and my 8 months old there. They loved it. Lots of things to do and have fun with. The place is kept clean and tidy. The staff is amazing. It is a diverse experienced staff that took great care of my kids. My children were there for 4 days spread out in two weeks and they had consistent great care with a rolling staff. They took them out for a walk every day which I love and so did the kids. The sanitary and covid protocol followed by the staff is awesome. My kids came home with no runny nose or fevers the next day. For that I also credit the appropriate AC temperature. My kids enjoyed the amazing view and busy environment they got to be exposed to. At this center they take labeling to the next level which is great specially as the turnover of children there is high since they are a backup daycare only. They keep great track of who is who and owns what. I hope my comments helped ease your decision to bring your kids there or not. From a loving parent to another, they are the most precious people in our eyes so personally I like to feel comfortable and confident of where I leave them. I highly recommend this BH center. G.
