Children'S Emporium Preschool

We couldn’t be happier with this daycare! From the moment you walk in, you feel like part of a big family. The staff truly care for the kids as if they were their own, creating such a loving, safe, and fun environment. My children have grown so much here and always come home happy and excited to share about their day. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful place!

First off thank you to the staff at children emporium for taking such amazing care of my nuggets! This momma cannot put into words how amazing these women are l, very clean and respectable environment always being greater with a smile and warm hello’s. 10 outta 10 in my book

My baby girl started at 13 weeks in the infant room . The room is super clean but it’s also super small . They did great the first 2 weeks with my baby , but the slowly started to neglect her . The diaper wasn’t changed in hours ! I asked for the registration refund , said it was not refundable. they turn the lights off almost the whole day so your baby sleeps and doesn’t bother them.instead of playing more with them .Also they have 1 teacher taking care of 6-7 baby at once sometimes .While they struggle they have to 2 staff member just sitting at the front desk . That could be helping. Also staff members are working with their own children ,shouldn’t be allowed . They give them priority Over others children . Was very disappointed in this daycare . Because I had high hopes for them !

Im incredibly disappointed with our experience at children’s emporium My son was removed from the program on his very first day, without any real effort to help him adjust or settle in. What makes this even more frustrating is that we had spoken to the staff ahead of time to make sure they were prepared to support him during the transition. We were assured they understood the challenges that can come with a child’s first days in a new environment but clearly, that wasn’t the case. Rather than showing patience or professionalism, they gave up on him immediately. This is not what you expect from a facility that claims to care for children. If you’re looking for a daycare that genuinely supports your child and communicates openly with parents, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I loved this daycare. The staff was always tentative to my child. They told me every time any little incident happened with him. He was always safe. They go over and beyond to make the kids and parents comfortable. Anybody that has complaints about this daycare should check themselves and see if they are the problem, not the daycare. And also to the parents. The parking spots are 15 feet from the door. Stop being so entitled and just park in a spot. You are the ones making things unsafe.
