I was told there was an opening in the one-year-old class for my son, and enrolled him right away because I needed care urgently. The first week they said he was in the baby room (6–8 months) due to hand, foot, and mouth going around. I understood that at first, but two weeks later he was still there. I was told “next week” he’d move to the one-year-old class — but that never happened. When I reached out to the owner, Rachel Frees, she gave me a long explanation about being away and then said that the other one-year-olds walk, eat regular food, and don’t nap as much. My son does all of those things (besides taking longer naps), but instead of telling me sooner so I could help adjust him, she kept him in the baby class where none of the children even walk. Then she admitted the real reason — his spot was given to one of her employees who was on the waitlist. So not only was my child placed in the wrong class, but his promised spot was taken away without any communication. If I hadn’t asked, he probably would have been left in the baby class indefinitely. This is unprofessional and unfair. Parents pay good money and deserve honesty, not to have their children put second to staff and friends. I do not recommend this daycare. Imagine picking up your one-year-old from a baby room every day — it’s not okay. The workers are great’ but the owner is unprofessional and actually had the nerve to call me and tell me this like I was going to be ok! Do not recommend!!!
In 2020, my family moved to the area not knowing anyone. God lead us to enroll or 6 month old and 2 year old into this daycare. We were overwhelmingly blessed by the staff and felt like we not only could trust them with our babies, but that we had found a family. Our children learned educationally, knew they were loved, and, most importantly, were taught the love of Christ. If you have a chance to send your child here, I promise you will love it.
My mother-in-law owns this business and all my children have gone here. She will go to any length help your children and keep them safe! Probably the best daycare you could possibly go to!
Such a great daycare! It's always hard putting your baby in someone else's hands. Had no doubts after meeting with Rachel and the teachers! They are all wonderful! 💓
I keep calling to speak to someone and no one is answering the phone. Is there another number to contact ? I had to give a star to leave a comment. (Not rating it one star) I just moved to the area and was recommended to this daycare.
