Do not bring your child here. Wish I could rate a 0. I had a 12 week old baby, set up a walk through spoke with the owner to set up his start date. His first day the employees acted like they had no idea what i was talking about (even though one of the teachers there was who conducted the tour and took all his paperwork 2 weeks prior), I went to pay them for the week and they stated we pay by day, looking back I wish I would have just walked out then. About 2 hours later I get 3 phone calls that he is crying, mind you he is 12 weeks old, I stated I was at work and I wouldn't be able to get there for another hour or so, the "teacher" said to me " so you're just going to let him cry". I immediately called my husband to go get him. When my husband arrived he could hear him crying from outside. When he went in they didn't ask who he was didn't ask for ID nothing just let him take the baby and leave. The only other infant was the "teachers" child who was on a tummy time mat while my son was screaming crying in a crib in a wet diaper. My husband also stated that in the next room. "Toddler room" one of the teachers was holding down a screaming child and not letting them off their lap. I attempted to report them to the better business bureau but no surprise, they are not registered. I hope this place gets shut down I got the vibe they just want to collect money from the state being they asked me about a voucher 10 times. Truly hope this place gets shut down. The experience was so horrible that I still have not put my son in daycare to this day almost 2 years later. Your babies deserve better.
