Childrens Courtyard

My children have been attending this childcare center since they were infants, and now they are school-age. It has been eight years in a row, and throughout all these years, the care has been nothing but excellent. The staff are loving, patient, and truly dedicated to each child’s growth and well-being. I have always felt safe and confident leaving my children here. The environment is clean, organized, and welcoming, and the teachers provide a great balance of learning, structure, and fun. Watching my children grow here over the years has been very reassuring. Communication with parents is always clear and supportive, and the staff treat the children like family. I am truly grateful for the consistency, care, and love my kids continue to receive.

I enrolled my daughter in the Pre-K class at the beginning of January. It was my daughter’s first time being in a school setting and I didn’t know how she would feel or react but the teachers made her feel like she’s been in class with them forever! Everyday since she started she asks to stay longer and says she loves it everytime. I ask the teachers about her day and they keep up so well with each individual and how they did and make a true one on one connection with my daughter. The curriculum is very up to date and she comes back everyday with something new that she learned. They’ve truly gave my daughter the enjoyment of learning. I walk by the classrooms and see kids with smiles on their faces and the teachers as well everytime. The front office staff is excellent as well. They went through the step by step process with me to enroll her and any other concerns they answered them professionally and showed they cared as well. The best thing is when I was leaving and they all said goodbye to my daughter and knew her name. With how many students they have it’s brought me joy to know that they cared to learn my daughter’s name and all the other students as well! As a parent who’s learning along the way with my child , I’m glad to know I made the best choice choosing here for my child. Safety, education, and daily care is what any parent worries about when their child starts school and they checked all 3 and some.

My son has been coming here since we moved to Austin, and today was his last day before we relocate. Everyone has always been so kind and supportive. I truly appreciate all of the teachers and staff. Ms. Tree is one teacher we will really miss—she always took the time to connect with my son. You can tell they truly care about the kids. I really wish we could keep him here. 10 out of 10, highly recommended.

This was the first school my baby attended & I’m so glad we did!! A very great school with amazing teachers and office staff! You get live camera access to check in on your child, as well as receiving updates through chat, pictures, or videos of your child(ren) through an app. This place has always gave me a sense of security by the way things are communicated and handled. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend CCY - Harris Branch to any parent who wants to feel confident sending their child away, knowing they will be looked after & very well taken care of!

The caring team here at the Children's Courtyard have become a part of our family. Our kiddo loves her teachers, and I love the security of knowing she is safe and loved. The classes have a great balance of structured learning and play, with lots of extra fun opportunities (photo day! Live musicians!). There's also so much active communication each day, so we get regular updates on activities. The staff is so kind, and will help you through the first transition to daycare, as well as regular growing pains. I can't thank them enough for their meaningful support for our kiddo and our family <3
