Childrens Courtyard

My kids love it there! Both of them have been attending since they were about 4-6 months old, and they have learned so much from the amazing teachers over there. Ms. Cindy and Ms. Ash are rockstars with the toddler class, not only teaching them appropriate skills for their ages but also socialization and self regulation. All the staff is very caring and relatable, and my children feel really comfortable there. My husband and I are very thankful for all that the staff at the Children’s Courtyard has done for our kids.

We have had such a wonderful experience at Children’s Courtyard! The staff truly make this place feel like a second home for our child. Every teacher is caring, patient, and genuinely invested in the kids’ growth and happiness. They take the time to communicate with parents, keep us updated throughout the day, and always greet us with a smile.… we LOVE Schellie.

My family has been with The Children’s Courtyard for over five years, and we couldn’t be happier. Both of my children (ages 6 and 1) have attended, so we’ve experienced everything from the infant room to after-school care. The staff is attentive, caring, open to communication and incredibly friendly—some truly feel like extended family. From infant to pre-K, the crafts, activities and learning environment is consistently nurturing and engaging. My oldest learned her ABCs, numbers, shapes, and even began practicing writing her name early on. The pre-K program is great at preparing kiddos for school since they focus on basic math, letter sounds, weekly sight words, and even do a creative show-and-tell box for the letter of the week. I definitely feel my daughter was well prepared for elementary school, and the knowledge she gained here gave her a lot of confidence heading into kindergarten. The summer camp has also been fantastic, with a new theme each week. The kids have loved the splash pad days, bubble truck, animal visitors, and magic shows. The activities are fun, creative, and well organized. Over the years, the school has also offered a few extra classes like soccer, dance, and Spanish. We personally did soccer and my daughter loved it. My oldest has also made many lasting friendships, which keep us busy with plenty of birthday parties and play dates. Communication is another thing I love. The daycare uses an app that allows me to check classroom cameras, message teachers or administration, and receive real-time updates on meals, naps, diaper changes, and activities—plus they send photos and videos, which always brighten my day. The Children’s Courtyard is a place where I’ve felt confident leaving my kids, knowing they’re in great hands every single day

My son absolutely loves it here! He asks me every day if Ms. Nikki is going to pick him up! It feels good to know you can leave your child in a place where he’s so loved! Ms. Shauna and her smile gives me warm and fuzzies! Kudos to them! Thank you for all that you do!

We couldn’t be happier with Children’s Courtyard. Both of our kids have thrived here—they’ve learned so much, matured into kind and well-adjusted kids, and were more than prepared to excel once they started grade school. The teachers and staff have been wonderful in every way, helping with everything from potty training to early reading and beyond. We are especially grateful for Ms. Cindy, Shauna, and Nikki, who have each played such a big role in our children’s lives. Their care, patience, and dedication made all the difference, and we’ll always be thankful for the impact they’ve had on our family. Highly recommend this school to any parent looking for a place where their children will be nurtured, supported, and set up for success.
