CCL has been like home since we joined the last year. The teachers are so in tune with each kid's development, to which they tailor the activities and curriculum. Every day when I drop off my child, there is something new and fun laid out for the kids to explore, to the extent that I want to join them. I am utterly impressed by the dedication and creativity of the teachers. In addition to the instructions, the teachers are so full of love and patience towards the kids and the families. The kids are bonded closely as friends. It is a place that my child is excited to go to everyday. Kudos to Allegra, the center director, who is always a source of strength and inspiration to the community.

CCL has been a warm and nurturing place for all three of my kids. The teachers truly care and the play-based curriculum provides a positive learning environment for the children across multiple levels. Not-for-profit community childcare centers are worth celebrating and CCL demonstrates why.

Our daughter joined the Pink Room when she was 15-month-old and had a great year at CCL. This was the only school that has 3:9 ratio(one teacher is part-time but she works 10-3 and exclusively at Pink Room, while some schools' assistant teacher had to run across two or more classrooms that's not really helpful). The Pink Room teachers are the most caring teachers we've met. My daughter loves each one of them. They've been working at CCL for 5 - 11 years, I think this tells how CCL is treating their teachers well and the teachers are working towards a career instead of short time transition. We were happy to see our daughter became chatty, seemed busy everyday at the school, and all the kids in her class were close to each other(they all ran to the door to welcome my daughter when she came in late I was melting kids are so precious). We love that CCL is relatively a smaller scale(comparing to Bright Horizons and Goddard), which makes us feel like a big family. All the teachers knew my daughter, she made many friends in other classes, the director cares about each kid's development and effectively communicates with parents. Another big plus is that their playground is mostly covered with shades. It gave me peace of mind knowing my kid is playing outside under cool shades and don't get sunburn. Sadly all other daycares' playground are exposed in sun...We moved far away so we had to switch school due to commute. If not, we'd want to let her stay at CCL till graduate.

We have had the best experience with CCL, and can not stop recommending it to others! We've been here for 2 years, and with both kids enrolled, have sampled classes from the younger toddler to the preschool. We've absolutely loved all the teachers! Teacher retention is amazing, and with combined playground time and occasional merging of classrooms in the late afternoons, kids get to know all the other school teachers during their time at CCL, making the transition from classroom to classroom year to year a seamless one. CCL has one of the best playgrounds in town (bigger even than the public playgrounds), and the kids have so much fun there! On rainy or cool days, there is a big indoor long room that the kids use for active play. Every other week is a music class. Every week is a new theme for the older classrooms, as they learn through play, art, and instruction (including science experiments!) My kids' language exploded at CCL, and they are always surrounded by warmth and care. The school director, Allegra, is fantastic, and really understands what the children, their parents, and the teachers need. She listens, responds, and creates a wonderful environment for all. If you can get a spot at CCL, consider yourself one lucky family!

My children have been attending CCL for 4 years, and I am so pleased! The teaching structure - and specifically their wonderful teachers - not only make learning fun, but have advanced my kids beyond what I could have thought! They love going to school every morning, tell me all about their day of projects and fun - and have made fabulous friends! Highly recommend!
