I thought I had posted this here but don't see my review. At first we went and looked at Children's Castle but didn't like the Playground right next to a gas station with a small fence. We went elsewhere and to another daycare practically right across the street with bigger and nicer facilities. This other daycare had so much turnover we couldn't get any help potty training our son. We left and came to Children's Castle. We couldn't have asked for a better place. The fence was a non issue since they had staff stationed throughout the playground and would not let anyone pickup their kids from the playground. He had some behavioral problems we were scared about being kicked out. They worked with us to get us through a very rough period. During his time there we had 2 main teachers and they were amazing. Unlike some other reviews that seemed a little biased, we occasionally got calls and mostly toward the end of his time there. Maybe once a week to talk to him over the phone. Then maybe once a month to come pick him up when the phone didn't help. We felt they were more than accommodating with us. When he started Kindergarten we realized how much of an issue his behavior problems were. We ended up seeing a specialist doctor for our son who was fully aware of Children's Castle and said they are known to be more than accommodating with other children that can be difficult. My only complaint would be that they were handling the issues a lot on their own other than a weekly phone call or monthly pickup. Which we thought was normal for children. We didn't realize that he was having daily issues and having to be pulled out of class to recover. We would have liked to have known about these before he started Kindergarten. Great business and would recommend to anyone.

The staff is caring, attentive, and loving. They are always doing activities with the children. our child is clean, dry and well cared for at this daycare. Thank you for the great care!

We are beyond happy with Children’s Castle! Our baby started when he was 11 weeks and he’s now 6 months old. His face lights up every morning when he sees his teacher! We had some issues with him not taking a bottle and his teachers were so patient as we tried bottles until we found the right one. He’s also a fussy baby in general and his teachers are so sweet and understanding even though I know he can be frustrating. I can check the app and see when he’s eaten, when he’s last had a diaper change, his naps, and his learning objectives for the day—things like learning how to hold is own bottle and shake the rattle. They read to him, do tummy time, and cuddle with him. I was so nervous leaving him out of my care when I went back to work but I truly feel like they love my baby like their own. The people at the front are so sweet as well. I feel like everyone knows the babies and kids by name which just shows how much everyone there cares. We will never use another daycare!

Our first Daycare experience & we couldn't have been any happier with our decision. Miss Victoria is the best & we will miss all of the staff at this location.

My daughter has learned so much just in the past few months of coming here. The staff is amazing! I love how they do pictures and parties for the kids. You can’t put a price on knowing your child is safe and being well taken care of!
