Children'S Academy

I absolutely love this daycare. My twins go here and have gone for over a year now. I would recommend this daycare to everyone. The staff is super friendly and grow a bond with your children. They take pride in teaching your children. They helped out with potty training and are teaching the kids to write there numbers and letters. Anytime one of the kids get hurt they write an incident report out and I have even had them call me when one of the kids get hurt playing. I love this daycare and the staff is amazing I never worry about leaving my babies here.

My kids attend children’s academy as did my brothers and sisters. When I drop my kids off I feel So good knowing that there safe and I have nothing to worry about my oldest is 7 she’s been attending since she was 1 . I feel like the staff have became my family I’ve cried in there office when trying to break my child from biting I cried when leaving my girls for the first time with no judgment just hugs they have been there for my kids through it all lol. My girls were both potty trained by 20 months there potty training system is great . I could go on and on . If you are looking for a daycare who knows that it takes a village and that we are doing our best this is definitely the daycare for you !!

I had to give a star to write the review. This daycare is absolutely HORRIBLE! Do not send your child here is you still want a job. My twins are two and if they cry and don’t want to go to timeout Stephanie calls and wants you to pick them up with the hour. Cleanliness is not all top priority. The teacher to child ratio is horrible as well. They have two teachers in a room with over 20 toddlers. In the morning the teachers are so lazy they just sit on the floor. If kids are fighting they don’t even get up to stop it. Staff is not trained to properly take care of toddlers. My friend son was in the infant room and she had the same complaints. The office manager Setphsnie allows her children to sit on the desk at the front reception area. Not professional at all.

If you prefer consistency in "teachers" this isn't the place. You never know who will be there day by day- turnover is horrible. Office staff has been the same for years though. Stephanie and Sherri are delightful. Now, the owner/director and family (behind daycare) I'd be weary of. One staff member yanked my child by his arm causing him to cry and they tried to hide it from me. A teacher no longer there told me about it. No incident report. Same child came home with black eye no incident report no one knew what happened so theu say. Came home another time with a busted lip with teeth marks guess what. No one knew what happened again. Staff are asked to not cash paychecks because there's no $ to pay them...could go on and on

no stars at all wouldnt let me post without rating Worst daycare my grandchildren have ever attended! My one year old grand daughter came home many times with a dirty diaper several times a week. Several times Stephanie and her staff were unaware of the whereabouts of my grandchildren only to find them walking through the grounds unattended. Another incident my 6 year old grandson was told to walk home by Stephanie. I was shocked to see him walk in the door in the middle of the day and we live a 1/2 mile from the daycare. I made several incident reports to them and Stephanie claims there is no record. If you value the safety of your children dont send them here.
