This daycare center does not meet bare minimum standards for customer service. First and foremost they show favoritism and charge some parents fees and not others. I was told I had to pick my child up at a certain time but could clearly see that rule only applied to me and not other parents. I had a death in my family and had to keep my child home for one day and was charged almost $100 for it. The owner has an attitude problem and they yell at the children. Everyone had an attitude in there and I never felt comfortable dropping my child off. To be so money hungry and thirsty but have such horrible customer service is contradictory. I had to take my child out immediately and do not recommend them to my worse enemy. DO NOT DO IT.
