My son has been going here for 14 months now and I can’t say enough good things about them! If you have heard negativity about Winchester location this is completely different. The front desk ladies and coordinator ( Ashlee, Sierra and Karina) are all wonderful and very helpful. This is my sons first time in daycare and was very nervous, they have been so good at answering any questions and guiding the way. He is currently in the toddler room and his teachers Brooke and Lyndsey are great! He is learning so much and loves going to “school” every day! There is the option to pay for camera access which was very comforting esp in the beginning. The facility is clean and inviting with kids artwork all through the halls. If you’re looking for a daycare where teachers and staff actually care- this is your place!

I was so hesitant about sending my child to daycare, the staff and directors here made us feel so safe and at home since day 1. They have taken such great care of our boy and each teacher that he has had has shown him so much love. We could not ask for a better place for our son to be while we are at work! I can't say enough good things about the staff. The directors are also so amazing and fantastic with communication.

My daughter started COA August of 2023. From the very first moment (the facility tour with Ms. Ashlee), until now - I have no regrets enrolling my daughter here. COA is truly a wonderful place. The teachers, support staff, directors, management, and the cooks - everyone has been so kind, patient and welcoming. From helping my daughter with potty training, furthering her education/development, teaching positive social skills, and so much more - I am just truly grateful for COA. A big thank you to Ms. Ali, Ms. Mya, Ms. Jennifer, Ms. Karina, Ms. Ashlee (I know I am missing people) - but I am so grateful for all that you do!

We enrolled our daughter in April and have had a positive experience/no complaints since. Ms. Katelyn and Ms. Karen were fantastic for the entire short amount of time she was in the infant room. They really helped her get adjusted to being in daycare and away from home. She is currently in the Toddler A classroom since May. Ms. Lindsay and Ms. Brooke are amazing. They interact positively and lovingly with the children and care for each child's individual needs. They both have a positive attitude every morning at drop-off and every morning at pickup and are VERY responsive to any messages/questions I send over to them through the app. In addition, Ms. Karina, Ms. Ashley, and Ms. Sierra (Management) have been very supportive in any needs or questions that we have; and have showed genuine kindness and caring towards our daughter. My husband and I highly recommend Children of America in Stephens City, VA. We feel relieved knowing our daughter is safe in a loving, honest, and caring environment.

I have been with COA for 11 years now. They have been amazing to my boys and have taken great care of them. I’m so grateful for all they do for my boys.
