Happy World Teachers’ Day! 🌎🍎 I want to give a special thank you to my daughter’s wonderful teachers in Infants A, Ms. Katy 💐 and Ms. Jennifer 🌟. You are both such amazing teachers and beautiful people, and I can see the love and patience you put into everything you do. Especially Ms. Jennifer—I notice all the activities and the special bond you share with my daughter, and it truly means so much. 💕 Also, a big thank you to all the COA staff 🙌 for always being so attentive, supportive, and caring. I feel so grateful and happy that I chose this place for my daughter. 🙏✨ We appreciate you today and every day! ❤️
Now that my son has officially left this school, I feel comfortable giving an honest review. I debated rating it a 2 but settled on a 3 after factoring in the cons. First, the admin team is not what you’d expect from a childcare facility. The director is careless and avoidant—exactly what you don’t want from the person meant to handle serious issues beyond the classroom. She completely dismissed a situation involving my three-year-old, showing no urgency. Oddly enough, she was warm and attentive during the tour, but once your child is enrolled, you may never hear from her again. The assistant director, on the other hand, is a gem. She’s the reason I kept my child enrolled after the incident. She’s communicative, caring, and makes you feel like your child belongs. She’s who should be running the school. The location is decent, and the kids are fed and given playtime indoors and out. Cleanliness, however, depends on the teacher. I’ve seen the children’s restroom in poor condition while kids were still present. While a cleaning company comes at night, the school clearly needs more deep cleanings during the week. The lack of cleanliness contributed to my son getting sick—especially frustrating since the school didn’t inform us about other sick children in his class, or I would’ve kept him home. Overall, while I wasn't happy with the care, I wouldn't call this the worst daycare around. If you choose to enroll here, just stay very attentive and assertive when it comes to your child.
Very unorganized. Sent me picture of my child crying, titled bonding with friends. That was the final straw. They want you to pay $20/month for video access to your child's classroom that isn't a flowing video, it skips and you can't see what's actually going on. The concept/idea is good but the actual facility and staff themselves are subpar. Better off watching your kids.
My 3-year-old son enjoys attending COA in JH. When I first met with Sarah for a tour, her experience and professionalism made me comfortable. I'm pleased with the center's security and login procedures. All the staff are friendly and very caring. My toddlers' teachers, Miss Lulu, Miss Laquana, and Miss Suzie, assisted in making him feel comfortable when transitioning to a daycare setting, and it always put me at ease to see a smile on his face upon arrival. His teachers are very good at keeping me informed about his progress and letting me know ahead of time if he required supplies. I highly recommend their summer program. They work hard to keep the kids active and doing fun activities like water play, carnival, etc! I highly recommend COA because I feel like my kid is in the best care.
I cant imagine how I could manage my child without the amazing support from COA. I work too far, so sometimes I get late. They consider with kindness. I pray for each of them.
