Ms. Trish is an amazing teacher who truly goes above and beyond. She adapts effortlessly to any classroom environment and makes sure every child has what they need while actively learning and growing. As the infant teacher, she has been such a huge help in ensuring my child is meeting important developmental milestones. She made the transition into this daycare smooth, comfortable, and welcoming for both my child and me. Ms. Trish is always finding creative ways to keep her infants entertained and engaged in learning—which, as a mom, I know is no easy task given an infant’s attention span. And The artwork she sends home absolutely warms my heart. I am so grateful for the care and dedication she shows every single day.

This daycare has truly been a blessing to me and my family. From the moment you walk in, the cleanliness, warmth, and genuine care for both the children and one another are immediately felt. Every morning, my child and I are greeted with a friendly “good morning” and a warm smile from Ms. Michele, which instantly sets a positive tone for the day. She is always available to answer questions and goes above and beyond to make both parents and children feel comfortable and supported. She cares for children of all ages with patience and compassion, and she makes it clear that their thoughts and feelings truly matter. Ms. Michele radiates a loving, nurturing energy that fills the entire space—you can feel it the moment you walk through the door. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for my child.

I stared my daughter here when she was 3-4 months old i was so nervous starting her so young. Thankfully she had such caring and nurturing teachers to help her develop to the 1 year old she is today! I can't only boast about one teacher because my daughter literally had the experience of being involved with all the teachers there all of them are great!! It took a village and she still there🥰

I highly recommend this daycare! Ms. Rose Ms.Zoe and Ms. Kumari are incredibly nice and professional, creating a warm and nurturing environment for the children, my daughter loves them so much she gets excited every morning to go to this daycare, and it’s the same thing for all other teachers. The director, Ms. Shawna, along with her assistant, Ms. Michelle, are also very kind and attentive. It's clear that the staff here genuinely care about the well-being and development of the children in their care. My kids love going to this daycare, and as a parent, I feel confident and grateful knowing they are in such good hands."

My child attended this daycare from the age of 5 months until we left after 2 years due to a serious incident in which she suffered a fractured wrist during daycare hours. An incident report was never submitted to the director or communicated properly. According to the report, the incident occurred around 10 a.m., and ice was applied when my daughter complained of pain in her hand. However, no further details were documented. Later, the teacher claimed that the injury happened when my daughter, who is 2 years old, was reluctant to get up during clean-up time, and the teacher "helped her up." The teacher stated that my daughter fell backward and landed on her wrist, suggesting that this fall from a standing position caused the fracture. Around 4 p.m., as I was on my way to pick up my daughter, I received a call from the assistant director, Michelle, who informed me that my daughter was experiencing severe pain in her hand and was not moving her arm at all. When I arrived, I was alarmed to find that the incident report had still not been given to the assistant director—it had been "left on the director's desk." It wasn't until another teacher from a different class noticed my daughter’s inability to move her arm that I was finally contacted, approximately 6 hours after the incident report was initially filled out. Following this, the teacher involved was investigated by CPS for a month. My daughter had to undergo numerous hospital visits and exams, and it wasn’t until we went to CHOP (Children's Hospital of Philadelphia) that her fractured wrist was finally diagnosed by xray. Despite the investigation, the teacher, Kimberly, faced minimal consequences, with the only action taken being "additional training." She continues to be employed at the daycare and essentially had a month-long paid leave during the investigation. When I raised my concerns with the regional manager, I found her response to be dismissive and indifferent to my daughter's suffering. Despite my request for the teacher's removal, no action was taken. CPS ultimately closed the case, citing a lack of sufficient evidence. Although the daycare has security cameras, I was told they do not record, making it impossible to review footage from the day of the incident. I'm not suggesting this was a deliberate case of child abuse. However, I do believe it was neglect at the very least. Given that this teacher had been working at the center for 7 years, her failure to follow the incident report procedures raises serious concerns. The lack of proper attention to my daughter's injury, along with the failure to communicate the situation to the director and to us as parents, resulted in prolonged and unnecessary suffering of my child.
